To create a new Indian culinary experience that would represent what we’re all about and gather all communities with a distinct bar of high-quality cocktails, letting our customers discover not only our fabulous gastronomy but also our traditional Indian beverages and drinks. That was our main motivation behind the India Rosa concept.

La nourriture était excellente & le service lors du repas aussi. Cependant, lors d'une réservation, on nous alloue généralement un bloc de 2 hres. Nous avons été désagréablement surpris quand après 1h15, l'hôtesse est venue nous demander de libérer la table car il y avait la prochaine réservation qui attendait. Nous avions terminé & allions partir sous peu mais nous trouvons que c'est un manque de politesse de la part de l'établissement de nous demander de quitter aussitôt l'addition réglée. Nous ne reviendrons plus chez India Rosa. Ils y a d'autres établissements qui apprécient mieux les clients.

Je suis une cliente assez régulière de l'india rosa, restaurant que j'affectionne habituellement , mais ce n'est pas la première fois fois que je suis reçue de manière expéditive. A même pas 45 minutes de passée à table ( alors que la table est réservée pour deux heures de temps), les assiettes à moitié pleines & mon verre de vin à la main, la serveuse, sans rien demander auparavant, me pose sur la table une boîte à emporter pour la nourriture restant dans mon assiette & demande comment je veux régler la note. Elle ne s'est pas soucié de nous demander si on avait fini avec nos plats, si on voulait éventuellement boire ou manger autre chose.
Pas très agréable de continuer un repas quand on a l'impression d'être mis à la porte - surtout vu le prix des assiettes & des boissons, on a envie de profiter du moment. Ce n'est pas la première fois que cette situation arrive, peut être revoir l'approche du service ?
