To create a new Indian culinary experience that would represent what we’re all about and gather all communities with a distinct bar of high-quality cocktails, letting our customers discover not only our fabulous gastronomy but also our traditional Indian beverages and drinks. That was our main motivation behind the India Rosa concept.

We wanted to concoct the perfect symbiosis between our culture and the Montreal spirit we have known and lived for more than 30 years!

Nous avons été ravis de notre expérience culinaire dans ce restaurant ! La terrasses extérieure est top en été. Rien à dire concernant le service, au top. & le rapport qualité/prix des plates est top, également ! Je recommande vivement !

I sat on this for a few weeks before posting because I wanted to not have a knee jerk reaction. I love this restaurant. It's in my neighbourhood. But a visit about 4 weeks ago on a Thursday evening was awful. 1) service staff seemed overwhelmed. Missed two orders, we received our food 47 minutes after we put in the order. 2) indoor ventilation ducts had condensation on them & deipppng in two people in our party. After asking for a reseating or some other alternative, the staff brought two rags & threw them in the back rest of the bench were seated on, so now we had dripping & drops rolling off the back onto the seats. We continued. & right before we had enough, a well meaning staff member came out with a mop & started cleaning the moisture right into our table. At that point we were done. 4) Their payment system kept failing-we'll give them a pass on that one. Really disappointed w this experience, & when we provided some discreet feedback, we were met with justifications, & not much in terms of accountability. The food & atmosphere at this restaurant were incredible! The cocktails were thoughtfully crafted & unique-we tried the Tiki Bhangra & the Violet Pisco Sour, & both were excellent. We also ordered the Madrasi Chicken, & it was absolutely delicious. I've been craving it ever since! Everything from the drinks to the food made for a fantastic dining experience, & I can't wait to come back.
