That was our main motivation behind the India Rosa concept.

Quelle belle découverte! Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé dans un restaurant où toute les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. J'y suis allée un mardi soir & toute l'équipe, serveur & suiteurs, étaient d'une gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel! & que dire du décor! Partout où l'on pose les yeux on y découvre des petites attentions esthétique. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Il faut que j'essaye leur brunch de la fin de semaine. Bravo

La bouffe est excellente, le service de Gonzalo (Plateau M-R) a été à la hauteur & le décor est magnifique! J'ai aussi essayé celui de Griffintown & c'est la même chose, j'y retournerai à chacune de mes visites à MTL.
Je suis allée souper pour la première fois samedi. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance, les plats étaient exquis (le jarret d'agneau, le pain Naan a l'ail & le riz) étaient renversants & le service excellent. La demoiselle au bar (Jeana) qui nous servait, était sympathique, polie, articulée & nous a fait des cocktails divins & tellement beaux. Le service est personnalisé, nous avons été aux petits soins. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.
Une expérience incroyable ! La cuisine est délicieuse comme d'habitude mais mention spéciale à Jeana notre serveuse qui a rendu cette soirée encore plus sympa. Elle était juste géniale : super sympa, attentive, & toujours avec le sourire. Un grand merci, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Awesome brunch spot. One of the rare that accept reservation so that's a plus. You get to enjoy a variety of Indian inspired dishes in a cozy vibe. The portions are very generous & the prices totally fair. The service took quite a while (a little over 30 minutes for 2 people). But I would go back for sure.

Bien mais.. Nous venons depuis des années mais malheureusement la qualité de service diminue .. Nous avons était installé au bar alors que pendant tout le temps de notre présence un minimum de 4 tables étaient libres. (Nous avions demandé une table) Rupture de stock de la totalité de smoothies un samedi à 12h30. En plus de ça on ne vous prévient pas à l'avance .. on vous laisse commander pour vous annoncer qu'on a plus tel cocktail.. on en commande un autre & il n'y en a plus non plus.. Service à revoir 5 serveurs qui s'ennuient donc rigolent & tourne en rond au bar donc juste à côté de nous .. Niveau hygiène moyen, les cheveux détachés . Un serveur a littéralement passé son temps à passer ses mains dans ses cheveux, relevé son pantalon sans ceinture & même éternué dans ses mains sans aller les laver ? Bref au vu de la qualité de l'établissement il faudrait peut être revoir certains fondamentaux.
We had the aloo tikki, sheek kebab d'agneau, legumes tandoori, samosa végétarien, & garlic naan. I appreciated the food's artful presentation. However, the flavor of the dishes left something to be desired, as I felt the spice (read: not heat) levels were held back significantly. The samosas in particular were needing some extra flavor. The variety of chutneys provided with the dishes tasted nice, but were entirely too sweet, which I felt did not contribute to the flavor balance of any of the dishes. I understand the restaurant's modern angle, but edging back towards tradition vs. the avante-garde would elevate the meal in my opinion. Texture of every dish was on point. Garlic naan was delicious. The atmosphere was classy yet relaxed & comfortable. However, we were sat in a corner of the restaurant where there was harsh overhead white fluorescent lighting shining in your eyes instead of the nice ambient amber glow of the other 80% of the restaurant. I wonder why this lighting choice was made... please, change the lighting for dinner time! Our server was kind, attentive, & bilingual (speaking French & English), & we didn't go without a full cup of water or wine for the entire meal. Overall had a nice time & would like to try some new dishes, but I'll request another seat next time.
We were 3 for lunch. We ordered Dahl soup, lamb curry, chicken & shrimp Biryanis & they were all excellent. Very good service added to a great dining experience. Eager to return!

The food was great! The place was pretty busy & a bit loud, there is also not a ton of space between seats so you are a bit squeezed if you need to stand & are likely to hear conversations, but if you like a lively brunch place, the experience is overall pleasant. The service is nice & the food made with care & attention to details.
