Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

Dans Griffintown, India Rosa Griffintown offre une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne et des plats indiens fusion savoureux, du butter chicken et du korma d'agneau aux tapas créatifs et aux options brunch, accompagnés d'un service attentif et de cocktails originaux; les portions sont généralement généreuses et le brunch est apprécié, bien que l'endroit puisse être bruyant aux heures d'affluence et que les prix soient parfois élevés pour certains plats.
Le repas était parfait, tapas, poulet, agneau : délicieux !
Toutefois, à notre passage le 1er août 2025, le pourboire était toujours perçu après les taxes, ce qui contrevient à la récente loi. Les choix de pourboires s'affichent à partir de 18%….
Our server was so sweet & accommodating, food was excellent & the vibe was nice. Recommend the sheek lamb kebab tapas & the gulab jamun dessert in particular. Everything was delicious though.
Belle découverte & expérience de brunch avec une touche indienne surprenante! La gauffre au poulet frit était délicieuse. Le poulet juteux & la gauffre juste avec la bonne épaisseur. Le Bénédicte au poulet au beurre est original & très bon. Au amateur de cuisine indienne, je vous recommande d'essayer la version brunch.
Amazing food. Always reluctant going to fusion / Indian restaurants, but this was perfect for Brunch. Everyone at the table left feeling full. Portion sizes, prices, & meals were all great.
I'm not sure why but the food didn't do it for me. A case of it looks better than it tastes in my opinion. Maybe dinner is better as well, maybe personal preference.
We came for brunch after seeing the raving reviews. Really cool interior, nice service & everything. While the food was creative, it just wasn't that lovely to eat. Mango lassi was just okay as well. Definitely wanted to like this place more than I did. Still worth a go!
I will rate this restaurant 4.5 out of 5, -0.5 because it's a bit too expensive for Indian food but the food here is good. The brunch is also really exquisite which is a modern twist to Indian food. I had the fried naan with chickpeas for brunch. For dinner, I got the garlic naan with butter chicken- the butter chicken is really creamy & delicious. Also got mango lassi which tastes good as well. I recommend this restaurant.
India Rosa is an absolute gem when it comes to Indian fusion cuisine! From the moment you walk in, the warm & vibrant atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The decor is chic yet inviting-perfect for a date night or a casual dinner with friends.
The food is a perfect balance of traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, & cooked to perfection. On top of that, the complimentary food service was a lovely touch-a rare gesture that made us feel truly welcomed & appreciated.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, & even better service. We had the biryani & lamb, both of which were fantastic, but it was a bit disappointing that naan wasn't included. Another downside is that it's on the pricier side, but honestly, the quality of the food & service more than make up for it.
Très belle expérience que ce restaurant qui était à un passage à piétons de notre hotel. La serveuse Marianne était aussi efficace que charmante. Les plats étaient savoureux & le service plutôt rapide.
Je le conseille vraiment si vous appréciez ce type de cuisine, forcément assez épicée, & que vous recherchez un lieu propre & hygiénique.
Il en existe divers à Montréal. Nous avons testé celui de Griffintown.
