C'était ma deuxième expérience. La nourriture était plus que délicieuse. Malheureusement nous avons manqué d'eau & d'alcool dut à un manque de service. Par ça n'avait pas été le cas lors de ma première visite. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous, mais il ne faut pas être presser ;)

We've visited India Rosa on Mt-Royal a number of times & always leave satisfied at the food & service; so we're happy to find the same quality & service at the location in dix30. What's even better is that there is ROOM!!! 😂.
We were looking for a place for brunch & I was craving chicken & waffles so India Rosa was calling our names. !! The lassi was fantastic!

J'ai réservé en ligne une place sur votre terrasse. Arrivés sur place on nous informe que votre terrasse est fermée pour la saison. Nous recherchions un resto expressément avec terrasse pour y retrouver un ami qu'on voit 1 x par 3 ans qui habite maintenant en Finlande. Vous dire notre déception! Aviser vos clients lors de la réservation serait un minimum respectueux!
What a lovely little gem of a restaurant. We shared the tapas menus. Everything was deliscious. The service was perfect. Our waitress new the menu very well & was able to make the perfect suggestions to try for our little group.

My experience at India Rose was extremely disappointing & upsetting. From the start, the hostess tried to seat all the Black customers together in the middle of the restaurant. When I asked for a corner table, she showed us one but rolled her eyes as we sat down. That alone already felt discriminatory & unprofessional.
Our server never asked about food allergies before taking our order & did not check on us once after dropping off the food. I had booked a birthday brunch & noted it in the reservation, yet there was no acknowledgment at all. Meanwhile, I saw other tables receiving birthday celebrations & extra attention-something we were completely denied.
It also took an unreasonable amount of time to get the bill, & when leaving, the hostess didn't bother to thank us for coming.
The entire experience made me feel disrespected & singled out. No customer should have to experience poor service or subtle racial bias in a restaurant. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously & makes changes, because everyone deserves to feel welcomed & celebrated here. Mind you, I've been here before & had good service. Yesterday, they really truly dropped the ball. I don't think that I will go back again. That was my third visit there. The first 2 were great but yesterday was awful 😞.
The bene kofta was delicious & flavorful, beautiful decoration, comfortable & great service. The paneer grilled cheese was lacking flavor a lot but with more spices & salt this meal has a lot of potential. The exotic smoothie wasn't really good either. The music was like commercial pop & super loud which is not appropriate for a Sunday indian brunch vibe.
Would definitely try again but hopefully my comments can help you offer a better experience.
C'était une belle découverte, bon service, bonne nourriture! Nous étions assis au bar, seul hic, juste à côté des cuisines où le patron était assis avec son laptop pour travailler.. l'ambiance devait être plus agréable à une table.
The foos was quite good & exceeded our expectations. Indian inspired dishes are quite well thought through & flavororfull without being abnoxious. The presentation is very good too. Waiter were attentive & knowledgeable. I only take some point off because of music. The music did not fit the style decor or cuisine. It was too resto-clubby. More suited for a bar with a terrance in old port, even then... There are better modern choices that will better fit the decor & will not clash with the atmosphere.

Quartier Dix30 who is in the same building as India Rosa.
This restaurant is a gem & we had a great experience! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff was very polite, welcoming & professional & we were looked after by the wonderful Jessica who gave us the best customer service with a smile although they were short staffed. The food was great & authentic. We shared a dish of Quebec lamb korma with other side dishes & it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for a unique experience, Don't forget to book because it is quite busy.
On été deux couples, de notre coté nous avons très bien mangé, 3 petits assiettes & nous avons partagé le poulet au beurre.
Très bon.
Le seul hic c'est que malgré que nous avons été avisés que nous aurions deux heures pour manger c'est ne vraiment pas assez du temps pour se relaxer après souper, il faut manger & partir tout de suite, s'enlève 1 ou 2 étoiles
Expérience mitigée, nourriture correct mais pas de wow, portion généreuse par contre, cocktails la plus grande déception de l'expérience, serveuse très ordinaire mais commis très gentil .. nous n'y retournerons pas
We had a wonderful date night at India Rosa Dix30 ! The vibe is cozy & stylish, & our waitress was not only friendly, but also very attentive throughout the evening. She made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely excellent, every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend for a romantic night out !
