My partner & I opted for the 4-course meal priced at $90, & initially, I was a bit hesitant about the cost. However, we were very satisfied with our decision. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe, & the server was incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly & accommodated my partner's preference for no raw meat. The ambiance was just right-warm & cozy. The pastas, including the squash ravioli, were superb. The attention to ingredient quality was evident in every dish. The plate with grated pecorino, was super salty. Yes I know what it is, but add to that the meat sausage that is also salty l, it adds up easily. Perhaps bring the pecorino to the table either in a little bowl or grate it live to the client's taste? The rest was excellentVoir plus

Il y a plusieurs bonnes raisons d’aller au Impasto : l’ambiance est chaleureuse, le service est avenant & sympathique, le menu est intéressant.
Par contre, la qualité & la finesse des plats sont inégales. Par exemple, j’ai trouvé que la burrata manquait la touche de sel finale. Cependant, le semifreddo est le meilleur que j’ai mangé de ma vie.Voir plus
