Depuis 1984, nos clients viennent chez Il Focolaio afin de rechercher le goût italien authentique fait à la maison. Il Focolaio signifie le foyer en Italien. Ce nom décrit parfaitement le four alimenté au bois d’érable où nous faisons cuire toutes nos pizzas, garnies de leurs succulents ingrédients. Notre foyer, comme en Italie, ne sert pas seulement à faire cuire la nourriture : c’est aussi un endroit où nos clients peuvent se rassembler, dans un confort chaleureux. La recette de notre succès est simple : nous servons des pizzas garnies d’ingrédients dignes des meilleurs pizzaiolos, tels que de l’huile d’olive extra vierge, des tomates de la meilleure qualité et des ingrédients frais. Ces pizzas sont préparées avec passion et un amour de la bonne cuisine, afin de vous offrir un plat inoubliable. Nous vous invitons à venir déguster le goût de l’Italie avec un bon verre de vin choisi dans notre liste de vins personnalisée. Came to Pizza il Focolaio on a Friday afternoon. Upon entering, this establishment has 70+ different pizza options.. so you may feel slightly overwhelmed. As I do with every first time pizza I try at a new place, I ordered a margherita pizza. It was good, however nothing to go crazy about. I think if in Montreal, I would say there are probably better options but this was close to the hotel & wasn't that bad. 3.5/5 overallVoir plus

The pizza & the service are outstanding. It's a very busy pizza place but totally worth the wait. The server was so attentive he understood we wanted to share the pizza & he asked if we wanted ours half & half.
