Dino, the owner/manager of Il Cortile was so wonderful & made my husbands birthday party celebration with our friends & family very special. The food was delicious from the appetizers, to main course to the dessert. An extensive wine list to choose from & a lovely atmosphere. Our server (Jasmine) was so professional, kind, polite & attentive without hovering. I highly recommend Il Cortile for a lovely lunch or dinner or celebration, without hesitation. If the weather cooperates then ask for a table in the courtyard surrounded by beautiful flowers & dine al fresco. We look forward to many more meals at this Italian restaurant. Bravi Tutti!!!!!!!

The restaurant is reaaally nice, we sat outdoor, but food was below mid especially for the price. Service was great, the waitresses & waiters were very friendly & nice! I would recommend to go for drinks, its actually a beautiful place!

Beautiful location & the waiters are great but the food wow such a big disappointment. I felt I was at a school for cooking. An Italian restaurant that serves raw zucchini & squashed eggplant drenched in oil, appetizers missing salt-the whole table complained. Improve on the basics & this could be a 5 star restaurant. So misleading !

Il Cortile is a beautiful gem in Montreal for any occasion. I had the pleasure of attending my bridal shower at Il Cortile & cannot be more grateful for the outstanding service & support from their staff & manager. All guests were raving about how amazing the food was, how beautiful their courtyard is & how attentive, respectful & professional their staff was. Thank you Il Cortile & Dino! It was amazing.

Beautiful Patio. Ambiance is worthy of a European alley resto. Unfortunately food - not so good. Pastas were bland & flavorless. I've had tastier instant noodles. Eggplant appetizer & Caesar salad were tasty however. Good wine selection. Service was ok.

The most beautiful Italian restaurant in the world. The nicest staff you could ask for. Felt a real connection with the workers. The food was absolutely delicious. Creamy rose sauce is to die for. Risotto was my favourite. Best experience I've ever had. Everyone should try this place, you won't regret it.

I came here in the winter time to experience the indoor part of the restaurant for my birthday. The food was absolutely amazing & the service was excellent as well. I look forward to trying out the summer months as there's a beautiful ambient courtyard to eat in. Cozy indoor classic italien feel.

I was blessed with the opportunity to visit such a magnificent dining. Oh my, where do I even begin my friends. The servers were amazing & one of them was even able to make me laugh. No one has been able to make me laugh in years, not even my own wife! So it was a remarkable surprise that I will never forget. The first glance, the first smell, the first bite, the first taste, evoked strong memories of when I would wait for my nona's delicious food. No one could ever compare to her, besides this place. Nona if you're reading this, I'm joking. Rip. The atmosphere was very pleasing, which included beautiful artwork & music. I'll see you next time boys ;). Don't miss me too much. Cause I will definitely most certainly miss you so much. Wonderful fellow also took a photo of us. - your favourite customer. D.
