I don't usually leave a review unless the food is really really good & they deserve it so much. Plus, I love supporting small, local, & family owned restaurant. Yen at the cashier & her dad the chef Tom were so nice. Restaurant with very good food & a quality customer service is beyond! 👌🏻 I came all the way from southshore & drove 40 mins just to get to this restaurant in mtl, I was really craving for sushi & ramen at 2 am. I ordered both & it was excellent, very comforting ramen I ever had, savory & very soothing soup perfect for late night cravings plus the meat, wow it was so soft & tasty, sushis were also very appetizing, freshly made given the time. I was so satisfied after & just the idea of they cater clients at this time alone since normally majority of the restaurants are already closed 👏🏻. Kudos to you guys Ichi shop & Ramen 🙇🏻🙌🏻 your service is very much appreciated. I definitely will come back & I 100% recommend them. I ordered from the ramen shop portion of the restaurant on uber eats at 1am & it wasn't the best but honestly it was great for a 1am ramen. Definitely better than a lot of other spots on uber eats. The seaweed salad is a very small portion & they put it on some regular salad to make it look bigger i guess? But not worth buying. Gyozas were great & the sauce is really good. Soup (chicken shoyu) was great, egg yolk was a little bit grainy but other than that a really good soup & meal overall.
