Delicious food, very good ambiance & service, loved the milk tea & vermicelli bowl btw! & very accessible for handicapped, even putting us in a spot to accomodate my service dog! I wish I could give it 6 stars!
Ordered a bun bo hue & a pork chop on rice through delivery service. It was very unfortunate, but I came very ill for 2 days (stomach problems) from the bun bo hue, & the other person also got sick from the pork chop rice. Update a year later: I ordered again, this time for pickup. It was quite good. But more impressively was the packaging. They have amazing takeout containers for their pho. Even the che ba Mau was well packaged. It literally tipped over in the car & nothing leaked.

My rating is based on a delivery order, please keep that in mind. I tried the well done beef soup & an order of imperial rolls. Beef soup pros: Large portion Lots of meat Lots of noodles Decent tasting broth Beef soup cons: Not enough cilantro Very little vegetation of any kind in the dish Despite being tasty, the broth was very oily A lot of liquid leaked in the to go containers & made the delivery bag fall apart during transport Imperial roll pros: Good size Lots of filling Nice flavour Imperial roll cons: Container was placed in delivery bag upside down & the sauce spilled inside, making the rolls very damp & they lost all their crispiness A bit expensive for only two rolls Some of the issues I experienced would definitely be avoided by eating at the restaurant instead of ordering delivery but the soup really could use more cilantro & more green onion. It is very plain & boring looking & I can't even taste the cilantro because there is so little added to the soup. The basil was also sent in a separate bag & even though I added it, the broth was no longer hot enough to aromatize the herbs so it only tastes or smells when I bite the whole leaf (leaves are sent whole instead of chopped or sliced, which doesn't help either). For the rolls, I think it was just an honest mistake & accidents happen. Crispy rolls are always much better hot & fresh when eating at the restaurant.
I adore this place. The service is excellent ( greetings, quick service, warm, friendly & generous). The food is very tasty, big portions. The atmosphere is calm, quaint, inviting, & family friendly. You really should try it. Their bubble tea is the absolute best. It was my birthday, & when they found out, they made my day extra special. Thank you, I Am Pho!

The bad reviews seriously make no sense. I am leaving this review here because it's only fair. The food is great. Broth is very flavourful. I got the rare beef pho. The service was good too. There were only 2 servers but they were very quick & friendly. The place is clean & spacious. Thank you!
Ordered take out for the family via Uber eats. I ordered the bun bo hue & I love that this restaurant offers this dish because I find that Vietnamese restaurants typically do not offer this dish. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it! Not only are the noodles different than pho but the broth & flavour is completely different. It's more floral & lemongrassy & slightly spicy. Lots of flavour. They only offer one size for take out & the containers are pretty convenient, I'm almost tempted to reuse them for salads. Highly recommend.
