My mom & I are very satisfied! The pho was nice & hot, the broth was smooth & not very heavy!! The service was fast as well! The imperial rolls were different than what I'm used to, but very delicious! Would definitely come again!!
Had vegetarian pho soup & it was tasteless. It was as if they just pour hot water on noodle with that was it. No broth, no taste. The vegetables were also undercook. Disappointing..

We tried I am pho this week for the first time & fell in love right away. We have had take out every time but every experience has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly & the service is amazing. While waiting for my order I got to watch the service in the dining room & from an outside view it was impeccable. The food has been absolutely delicious every single time as well, we have tried a bunch of the menu & just can't have enough. A definite must try!
I ate I AM PHO in downtown & Cote des neiges many times. I like them both so when I saw there was a new location near my place, I decided to go.
I took the grilled chicken on rice... the chicken was too hard. They must have grilled them too long or grilled them twice. It lacked of juice & it was dried. On top,I had 2 pieces only. The amount compared to downtown & Cote des-neiges was smaller. I ordered to pick up so maybe if I ate there would be different. Nonetheless, I do not think I would go back to this location because the taste was not the same compared to the two locations I have been. Flavorless.
I'm a pho lover & have been to many Vietnamese restaurants around town, so I was excited when this place opened in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I left quite disappointed.
The details gave me the impression that the focus was more on cutting costs than on offering quality food or service. For example, instead of proper napkins, there were just two thin ones tucked on the condiment tray, which already felt cheap. The bean sprout plate for the pho came with only two tiny basil leaves! I've never seen a Vietnamese restaurant serve so little, & it felt stingy.
As for the pho itself, the broth was lacking in flavor & overwhelmingly salty, unlike what I've enjoyed at other places. The overall atmosphere also felt bare-bones & uncomfortable.
If the food had been excellent, I could have overlooked some of these things. But with food that misses the mark to begin with (I'm not even a picky eater) it's hard to recommend.
Very nice spot, cute & cozy place for a quick lunch or a relaxing early dinner. Delicious pho soups, AMAZING Vietnamese coffees- I'm going to end up broke cause of those coffee's. Definitely worth the visit, cute spot in a cute area, come for lunch, check out the antiques, get your nails done - a perfect addition to a cute, relaxing, fun girls day or lunch time date!

I have almost tried almost every pho in the city. This place is top 5. Very clean tasting broth no weird funk like I have had at some
Places. Really really good. Very quick service I will be back here once a week for sure!
