Solid Pho. My wife had the shrimp & lettuce plate which was also better than average. Place was surprisingly unbusy for this quality of food; maybe people prefer take out/delivery?

Not terrible but does not seem like authentic Vietnamese cuisine to me. Their fractured rice dishes (c?m t?m) don't come with fractured rice. The sauce they used for my shrimp rice dish was definitely not the right one, it was some other kind of flavor profile. There was no pickled carrot in it either. Overal, not very good.
It has been so long since I have had a taste of authentic pho & this hit it right home. So delicious & the portion is incredible for just $1 difference from medium to large - it was packed with so many ingredients I had to pack the rest to-go. Restaurant is exceptionally clean, food was delicious & the young gentleman was also very sweet & pleasant.
This restaurant has lost quality in the past few months. Less meat, less flavor... Everything seems watered down. The sauce that comes with the spring rolls had more water than peanut taste. Btw, it's impossible to be served in French. We've become strangers in our own country.

Je suis présentement dans le restaurant & j'ai arretée de manger pour noter le restaurant. C'est terriblement BON. Sa goût le vrai boiillon fait maison, la nourriture est fraiche avec beaucoup de légume. Pour le plat de poulet, riz & salade, le poulet goute un peu fumé & il est tendre. J'adore! Si vous êtes des bon mangeur c'est le bon endroit pour vous les plats sont énorme. Honnetement ça vaut le coup. J'espère que vous viendrez essayer & si vous venez essayer les rouleaux impériaux frit. & à moi bonne appétit!
