Terrible woman staff at the desk. She makes you & uber drivers wait for hours before she even acknowledges you, even though she is free & busy on her phone & headphones. Very rude & unprofessional.

I was here last evening. The food smelt rotten & the place is not clean.
Also, the woman at the counter was very unhygienic with dirty long nails & for some reason kept making you wait for many minutes before taking or giving your order. She seemed distracted & unprofessional.

Livraison parfaite, 1e commande à cet endroit pour un pho dac biet, très bon & chaud, manquait un ti-peu de viandes à mon goût mais très bon. Le bouillon est bien gras & parfumé comme il se doit. Je recommande! +++

Soupe froide , service médiocre.. apres s'etre trompé dans notre commande le serveur se tenait à la table en attendant qu'on lui dise qu'on allait manger quand meme les mauvais plats qu'on avait pas commander quand on lui a demander de les changers & nous apportez ce qu'on svait commander il etait faché & nous a apportez 2 soupe temperature piece le bouillln netait pas asser chaud pour cuire le boeuf … je n'y regournerai plus jamais jai manger 2 bouchées

Horrible! Very first order of the day like as soon as they opened & I'm sure if was chicken from the day before. Overcooked, hard & dry. Very disappointing this time around!
