I'd love to preface by saying that the food here is amazing & their pho is one of the best ones I've had so far. However, it's just a shame that we have received broken containers when we ordered soups on different occasions & we are left with a huge mess to clean up. Both times it happened we contacted the restaurant & they didn't seem like they wanted to help us nor want to give us a solution. They fail to take accountability & only offer to replace the food that we didn't get to eat after trying to reason with them on the phone for a few minutes. It is also important to mention that they forcefully accept to replace the food ONLY IF we buy a can of coke (which they don't reimburse either) . It was a disappointing & upsetting to deal with them twice & for them to handle the situation the exact same way both times. It shouldn't have to be this complicated.View more

It was too hot for Pho, so we had the grilled shrimp with rice & salad with a lemonade. Everything was fresh & very tasty. The restaurant was a bit loud--it was hard to have a conversation, but it was full & that's a testimony to how good the food was. The staff was very kind.View more

We just had our 2nd visit in 2 days. Yesterday for rare beef pho & vegetarian pho. The beef was excellent but the vegetarian pho broth was sublime. The vegetables were piled high in the bowl & cooked to perfection. Today we went back & both had the vegetable pho with a side of grilled chicken (which we added to our soup). Note, they do have a grilled chicken pho that contains vegetables, but not as many vegetables as the vegetable pho. All told, a happy full each visit. The staff were lovely, service was fast & the portions were plentiful. Wish we had one on Vancouver Island....View more

Très bon & le poulet est délicieux. Le bouillon a beaucoup de saveur. Overall tres santé comme repas (j'ai pris la soupe tonkinoise au poulet) mais j'ai payé 4$ de plus pour un extra crevette & j'ai reçu... roulement de tambour 🥁 3 crevettes 😅 Ça me frustre beaucoup lorsque les restaurants volent les clients, 3 crevettes ne devraient pas dépasser 1$, soyons honnête. Il y a une crevette que l'intérieur était « pateuse ». Par contre, portion vraiment généreuse. Je recommande mais ne recommande pas les extras!View more

I ADORE this place! Super rich & flavorful broth that just tastes like love, amazing takeout containers, & GREAT portions for the price. The noodles are perfectly cooked, & all the meats are absolutely amazing! I'm a big fan of their all dressed Pho. It comes with so much meat. Thought it might not be for everyone! (Comes with tendon & tripe!) But if you don't like the uncommon cuts of meat, they have plenty of options just as AMAZING! Super kind & attentive staff, & extremely fast service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a refreshing & hearty bowl of Pho ❤️!View more
