"A small restaurant in a strip mall. When we arrived at 1715 on a Monday just a few tables were occupied. Within 30 minutes the place was full with a lively take out business going too. Lots of locals is in itself a good recommendation. We thought the food and service was very good. FYI, Pho is pronounced Po and means noodles."
