Super great place with good drinks & a nice outdoor patio!! We stayed for hours which is why we spent so much money, however the dishes were affordable & worth the price. There is live music at ten pm every night.
It is what it is, & doesn't pretend to be anything else. There are couches to lounge on, the bar & floor are kinda sticky. There was a bit of a smell (This was on a Sunday, so perhaps busy the night before). Very basic food menu, chicken & veggie burger, cheese sticks, poutine, onion rings, wings. That's about it. A chicken burger + pint ran me $32. I was sort of expecting lower given the vibes of the place but alright 🤷?♀?
Déçu service en anglais un peu français. Mon gars commandé le ragoût qui est supposé venir avec des frites mais voulais patate douce a la place car menu indiqué que tous les plats sont servis avec frites mais qu' on peut upgrader pour 5$ . Serveuse dit ne plus en avoir offre autre parmis les choix donc décide de prendre rondelles mais lui charge le prix d' un appetizer.
So my friends have told me for a while that this is a'must' in Montreal. I'm not that into Irish music…. & the environment hits anyone. It's amazing, super fun. If you have the chance ti see the video you can see how fun it is. We ordered a classic drink from there that is called Black velvet. Some locals would call it'Funky' hahaha but it's quite good. Arrive early so you can have a sit near the band. We arrived at 11:00 which was'just on time'.

J'étais chez Hurley's Pub pour écouter le groupe celtique SOLSTICE & pour encourager mon amie RACHEL CAMPBELL qui s'est joint à eux comme violoniste & back vocal.
Le joueur de flûtes: DAVE GOSSAGE , est absolument allucinant ainsi que le guitariste lead signer: PAT LESYK .
Le'local intime' du Hurley's, ou jouait le groupe , faisait en sorte que tous les clients se parlaient, tapaient du pied ou des mains à l'unisson... Ambiance enlevante & presque familiale.
Je ne consomme pas d'alcool depuis longtemps, mais je vais définitivement retourner chez HURLEY'S IRISH PUB pour y passer des super soirées musicales.
Very cool place with live music. Many tables!!!! Two floors. & just wish the AC was a bit stronger because its packed full of people. I really liked this place.
Not for young adults i will say 26+
Older adults will appreciate more this vibe than adults that is 18.
This place rescued our girls night! Great service, tasty food without a long wait, plenty of fun corners to find a table, & we got to see some GREAT local music too!
Usually the food here is really good. Don't go on a Wednesday night: they ran out of fish for fish & chips, & the beef au jus was served in a soggy hot dog bun. The very plain burger's bun was the same, soggy, the fries as if they had sat for a while.
Go on the weekend when it is busier, & you will get good food with excellent beverages served by fun staff.
