Everything at Homers is incredible. I did a special order which was pretty complicate. The manager helped me so much. I absolutely can't describe how helpful & understanding she was. She sat with me during her work for at least 30 minutes just to make sure she got all the information needed. I've felt extremely welcomed & appreciated over there. It was so clear how hard she tried to make sure that everything was great. Note that she had so many orders & still did all she can(which turned out magnificent). Of course, their doughnuts are amazing for all tastes which is well known for Homers. I did that order a while ago( i forgot to review earlier)but it was very important for me to let everyone know how amazing their staff & sweets are.

Stopped by around 11 AM today & had a great experience. The customer service from Chanel was excellent, friendly & professional. Just wanted to give her a shoutout for making the visit even better!

Top tier fresh donuts, good vide but why are employees all look upset & not smiling? None of them seemed to enjoy their job.

I went there a few times all was fine until yesterday I was horrified when I found mosquitoes in my box of 6. I called them to let them know as things can happen & the evening employee was rude & called me a liar …. Never going back there again they dont hold accountability & very disrespectful .. soooo dissatisfied with their customer service & disrespect. They didnt just lose a client they lost my trust & everyone I know will be made aware of this
