NOT HYGENIC. I have been there couple of times & today the person at the front didn't even use gloves & he scratched his head & touched my straw & the donut with bare hands. Also he was giving attitude which I could care less.

It's the second time trying the Boston Cream donut at this location & the problem was not corrected; once again almost no cream in the donut. The ones shown on social media are full of cream. Either they don't know how to make this donut, or that's how this product was intended to be.
I will continue to go to Bernie Beigne for the consistency & quality.

The doughnuts are amazing always, but the service….needs improvement. I've never experienced so much attitude & disregard for a customer, even when I am super polite & kind, I think this location needs an attitude check. Won't be coming back just because of this :(

The guy who served me was having a bad day I'm guessing because he never said hi or smiled, only said'what else' & straight to the cash & handed me my box. Basic customer service to the bare minimum. A bit sad, I hope it improves next time I go.

Delicious original donuts. They are always being made, so they are fresh. They are expensive, so it's an occasional treat. Service could be friendlier. Not alot of seating, which is ok in the warmer months but not in the winter.

The donuts themselves are fine, but this DDO Franchise needs help. Giving a one star review in the hopes someone at the head office takes a look into this specific franchise. I go at various times to get donuts for events & they are always missing donuts of all sorts. Even the most popular ones. Then, don't even ask them about the limited edition ones they advertise on social media - never have those & asking them to make one is like asking for a miracle. Homer's head office - This specific franchise should be looked into.

The last few times I have tried ordering on uber eats (when the store is opened & available), it lets me place my order, then my order is received & a few seconds later it says'my order cant be fulfilled & is cancelled' with no valid reason.. very dissapointing when was planning on bringing this as desserts for different events
