Delicious ice cream, open late!

We had an incredible experience here. Every dessert we tried was absolutely delicious, but the warm skillet cookie & ice cream combination stole the show-the flavor & texture were amazing. On top of the food, one of the owners was exceptionally nice & welcoming, making us feel right at home the moment we sat down. The service was superb from start to finish. We'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing service & great treats! We had the nutella crepe & pistachio cookie skillet & we enjoyed every bite ! the warm cookie was great with the ice cream !!

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT get the croffle. I was looking forward to getting a sweet treat & saw this had great reviews & was open late. They have a deal for'if you leave a 5-star review, you get a free scoop of ice cream'. Based on my experience today, I can only assume this is the reason they have 5-star reviews.

My croffle came looking visually good. As soon as I cut into it, I could smell the raw flour & see how doughy the croffle was. I took my first bite & really tasted the doughy-ness. We debated on letting the employees know, but it was quite raw. We let one of the employees know & she said'that's how it's supposed to be. We cook it for 1 minute 30 seconds'. I said that I can smell the raw flour & she said'that's how it's made'. I knew that we weren't winning that battle, so we just finished the chocolate topping & left.

I normally do not leave reviews unless they're good, but what put me over the edge to leave a review is not because the food wasn't good, but the fact that we voice a very visible concern & to be dismissed is quite unreasonable from a business.

So to let everyone know, the reviews do not truly reflect the standards & service of the store.

Stopped by for an after dinner treat.

The restaurant is very clean & well organized & staff was helpful at attentive.

The dessert portions here are massive & were very good. My wife had the affogato & I had this brownie sandwich thing (honestly cannot remember the name).

Thoroughly good & I was surprised at the quality of the ice cream used in this one.👍

The food was tasting good. Nothing mind blowing but good. The price is reasonable but the in-person service terrible. We waited 1hour for our food & after 45min they askes us to change the order because they were out of chicken. To be fair, there were only two women in the kitchen preparing the orders but still not acceptable to wait 1 hour for our food. The waffle came in 45 min, the skillet came after 25 min of changing the order because they were out of chicken. At the end they brought us an ice-cream (they probably saw me writing this review) to satisfy us & excuse for their service. I just wanted to share this experience as fair as possible.
