Absolutely loved my experience at HolyChoco! The desserts were fresh, rich, & incredibly delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, & the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere was clean & cozy. If you're a chocolate or dessert lover, this place is definitely worth visiting. I can't wait to come back & try more from the menu! 😍🍫

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered two Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups for almost $50. The menu description advertised a creamy Dubai chocolate dessert with strawberries, chocolate, pistachio cream, kunafa, nuts, & the other signature ingredients, & the photos showed exactly that.
What I actually received was two cups of plain whole strawberries with a layer of melted chocolate on top. There was no pistachio cream, no kunafa, no nuts, & none of the ingredients that were advertised. I even checked to make sure they weren't underneath the strawberries, but they simply weren't there.
If you had run out of ingredients, you should have contacted me or canceled the order, not sent a completely different & much cheaper product while charging full price. That is not what I paid for.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times & never received an answer. I also submitted photos through DoorDash, but my refund request was denied.
Paying almost $50 for what amounted to chocolate-covered strawberries when I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup is incredibly disappointing. I expected to receive the dessert that was advertised, not a completely different item.

I cannot recommend ordering this item based on my experience.

First time visiting holy choco in Montreal. Great atmosphere in a great part of the city. Impressive selection of desserts & the prices are very reasonable.

I ordered online, & this is what I received. The strawberries in my dessert were not simply damaged-they appeared to be spoiled & in a state of decay. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be fresh. Beyond the poor quality, this raises serious concerns about food safety & customer health. I am extremely disappointed & will never recommend or order from this establishment again. Such negligence is unacceptable & should never happen.

The staff is very friendly & nice, the desserts are also very good. I got the the lemonade & lotus cookie skillet & it did not disappoint. The only downside is that it is on the pricier side & the interior could use some cleaning, there are crumbs & stains on a lot of the furniture.

All I gotta say is that it is an unforgettable late night dessert 🤌

P.S.: props to the late night shift man in handling 4 Uber Eats orders plus 2 other walk-in orders at 2 am 👏 Wonderful service!
