Absolutely loved my experience at HolyChoco! The desserts were fresh, rich, & incredibly delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, & the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere was clean & cozy. If you're a chocolate or dessert lover, this place is definitely worth visiting. I can't wait to come back & try more from the menu! 😍🍫

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT get the croffle. I was looking forward to getting a sweet treat & saw this had great reviews & was open late. They have a deal for'if you leave a 5-star review, you get a free scoop of ice cream'. Based on my experience today, I can only assume this is the reason they have 5-star reviews.

My croffle came looking visually good. As soon as I cut into it, I could smell the raw flour & see how doughy the croffle was. I took my first bite & really tasted the doughy-ness. We debated on letting the employees know, but it was quite raw. We let one of the employees know & she said'that's how it's supposed to be. We cook it for 1 minute 30 seconds'. I said that I can smell the raw flour & she said'that's how it's made'. I knew that we weren't winning that battle, so we just finished the chocolate topping & left.

I normally do not leave reviews unless they're good, but what put me over the edge to leave a review is not because the food wasn't good, but the fact that we voice a very visible concern & to be dismissed is quite unreasonable from a business.

So to let everyone know, the reviews do not truly reflect the standards & service of the store.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered two Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups for almost $50. The menu description advertised a creamy Dubai chocolate dessert with strawberries, chocolate, pistachio cream, kunafa, nuts, & the other signature ingredients, & the photos showed exactly that.
What I actually received was two cups of plain whole strawberries with a layer of melted chocolate on top. There was no pistachio cream, no kunafa, no nuts, & none of the ingredients that were advertised. I even checked to make sure they weren't underneath the strawberries, but they simply weren't there.
If you had run out of ingredients, you should have contacted me or canceled the order, not sent a completely different & much cheaper product while charging full price. That is not what I paid for.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times & never received an answer. I also submitted photos through DoorDash, but my refund request was denied.
Paying almost $50 for what amounted to chocolate-covered strawberries when I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup is incredibly disappointing. I expected to receive the dessert that was advertised, not a completely different item.

I cannot recommend ordering this item based on my experience.

Une belle découverte & nous allons y revenir assurément! Le service était bon & c'est vraiment l'endroit où aller si vous avez un craving de chocolat. C'est vraiment généreux & c'est un bon chocolat de qualité. Nous avons pris le sandwich brownie qui était complètement décadent & le fettuccini était une belle façon originale & intéressante de manger des crèpes avec du chocolat.

Déçu du service, déçu des gaufres & du chocolat de basse qualité, mais surtout déçu de l'eau qui est chaude & rempli de particules degueulasse. Les ustensiles étaient encore collant, j'avais l'impression que c'était même pas lavé. Je déconseille sérieusement cette endroit, je ne crois pas que la cuisine soit propre & ça me dégoûte juste d'y penser. Les verres sont sale aussi il y a encore les traces de doigts des autres gens qui ont bu dedans. C'est répugnant
