I am pleasantly surprised by how great this sundae is. The baklava that was used was very fresh, & the flavours all came together very well. The soft serve was excellent. Great service as well. Be prepared to wait, though, as I waited about 16 minutes for my sundae. The portion to price ratio is reasonable as well.
Bonne crème glacée, mais le service est extrêmement lent. Chaque crème glacée signature prend 15 minutes à faire. Donc dès qu'il y a quelques personnes en file, l'attente augmente exponentiellement. Le menu devrait être simplifié ou le nombre de staff doublé.
Amazing ice cream & very friendly staff. However, the first rule of customer service is to acknowledge patrons who walk in. 2 people, neither looked up from their stations for at least 20 mins before we were attended… that will not be good in the long run with all the competing ice cream stores along the same street… must work on efficiency

Crèmes glacées INCROYABLES (je suis deja venue 2x)!!!
Mais service terriblement lent. Le staff voit la queue se rallonger chaque minute & ne semble pas particulièrement intéressé de s'en préoccuper 😅 Ils sont qd mm sympas une fois qu'ils sont dispo
