Si c'était juste pour la crème glacée moyenne, j'aurais mis 3 étoiles… mais il entre en compte une attente de 20 minutes pour un cornet banal, un service désorganisé & un certain manque d'attention au détail.

Je suis allé m'acheter de la crème glacée à l'épicerie & c'était vraiment meilleur.

Je n'ai jamais eu à attendre 25 minutes pour un ouragan/blizzard au oréo avant… Sauf chez Holy Moly. L'employé à la caisse nous a dit qu'il ne restait plus de crème glacée à la vanille, alors qu'après avoir pris notre commande, il sert des cornets de crème glacée vanille à d'autres clients.
C'est la 2e fois que ça nous arrive & c'est vraiment dommage.
Malgré le fait que le goût de la glace est bon, je n'attendrai plus 25 minutes pour ça.
