Hoche Glacé is praised for creamy textures, a wide range of flavors, and especially strong vegan options, with tourbillons like tiramisu, matcha pistachio, and apple crumble a frequent highlight; reviewers note friendly service, a cozy neighborhood vibe, and quality ingredients, while some mention higher prices, occasional long waits, and variability in portion sizes, but overall the spot is seen as a top destination for both classic and dairy free ice cream lovers.
Best vegan ice cream in the city 😋 sooo good !!!!! Highly recommend,
Just wish it wasn't situated where it is. Wish their were more locations.
Best ice cream, amazing owner, & staff!
An incredible meal! The cozy environment & great food made for a perfect night. Every course was a standout. The service was impeccable, & the staff were so helpful. An unforgettable experience that I'll definitely visit again. Truly memorable.

Tried their pistachio matcha ice cream & loved it!! A bit overpriced, but the portion is huge, packed with pistachio, & not too sweet. The apple crumble ice cream was also so good, filled with apple crumble pieces. I really hope they open a downtown location one day because it's way too far from me.

We came expecting something really good since we heard all the reviews. We waited in the long line, chose some of the popular choices.
All this to say, it was really really not worth the hype. The ice cream melts almost immediately, not creamy enough, & very very sweet. We threw them out after 3 bites. Very messy. Not worth the drive nor the line.
The ice cream is good, no doubt about that, but it's seriously overpriced. The price just doesn't match the quality or the portion size. There are plenty of other spots that offer just as good (or better) for much better value.

Super cute spot! it wasn't very busy when I came & Noemie took time to recommend me some ice cream!! super service the other employee was also super nice
The ice cream is fresh & so tasty, & the place very bright & has nice music
will definitely come back!!
Went to Hoche Glacé with some friends & we were all impressed by the quality of the ice cream! We tried the apple crumble & tiramisu turbillons & a chocolate milkshake.
The apple crumble turbillon was one of the best things I've ever had!!! The combination of flavours & textures was amazing, & the apples themselves were cooked to perfection. I was worried that it'd just be a vanilla ice cream with some toppings, but that wasn't the case at all: a delicious & generous portion of crumble is mixed into the ice cream base.
Unfortunately, the he tiramisu turbillon was somewhat disappointing, as it had an odd aftertaste. I'm not big on chocolate milkshake, but my friends liked it, although they did say it could've been thicker.
Big shoutout to the kind cashier who, despite the MASSIVE line, was incredibly patient with our questions & my broken French 😅
