I remember when this place first opened. The vegan ice cream was SO good. Then they changed the ice cream I think, & it was not as creamy anymore. Over the years I go back every once in a while & I find that it tastes less & less quality. Additionally, for two medium soft serves dipped in chocolate & sprinkles was 24 dollars!!!!!!! I was really sad & unfortunately will not be returning. It's so hard to find vegan ice cream so I am sad to leave this review but I don't want others to be disappointed like we were.
Produits Vegane disponible. J'en revenais pas... j'avais pleins de choix. Tourbillon Tiramisu marbré...OMG OMG ça goute le ciel. Le petit format était trop gros pour moi. (Je l'ai toute mangé quand même) Ca va devenir notre crèmerie favorite. Merci beaucoup ❤️

Délicieux. Tout était super. Ça fait longemps que je n'y étais pas allè. Seule bémole : Triste que le glaçage à l'orange ne soit plus disponible. Sinon les gens étaient courtois, poli & le service a été rapide malgré la longue file de gens.
As an English speaker I'm always nervous figuring out whether there are English speakers in Montreal. This place speaks English! The ice cream also was so delicious. Might be the best soft serve I've ever had. I had a classic vanilla soft serve that was bigger than I expected for a medium. No complaints. They are very busy but the line moves along very fast. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you're in the area for the biodome.

The staff is friendly & always willing to offer recommendations if you're having trouble choosing from their amazing selection. The ambiance of the shop is cozy & welcoming, making it a great spot to relax & enjoy your treat. Whether you're a local or just visiting Montreal, Hoche Glacé is a must-visit for any ice cream lover. I can't wait to come back & try more flavors. Highly recommended!

Good selection of ice cream/soft serve. We got an affogato & a blue raspberry slushie with vanilla soft serve, & both were good. The place isn't very big, but there is a bit of bar seating & some spots to sit outdoors on the patio. Street parking is available.

We saw the reviews on how good their pistachio ice cream is, but it wasn't that « wow » It literally was matcha cream with pistachio nuts. It didn't taste much of pistachio. Overall, we enjoyed the matcha ice cream but we tasted better ones. Good place to go check it out. 2 Ice creams for 17$ cdn.
La crème glacée vegan est habituellement délicieuse & lisse. Cependant, nous avons reçu deux desserts remplis de grumeaux. Nous avons discuté avec la vendeuse qui nous confirmait qu'elle avait toujours été comme cela. On connaît la qualité de cette endroit,mais malheureusement, la qualité n'était ps au rendez vous aujourd'hui. En espérant qu'il ne nous vende plus de crème glacée vegan avec des mottons. Deception...
Service sympathique, les options véganes sont délicieuses, & on encourage un marchand local! Leur gâteau framboise oreo végane est un vrai délice. Je recommande.
Hands down to the BEST soft serve EVERrrrr..!! Vegan icecream or not (I am vegan though), the quality of this icecream is creamy & drool worthy !! Options of dripping dark chocolate that can be poured on top..!! Montreal's BEST Icecream..!! So many flavours Tiramisu & Affogato are another level..!! Don't miss this icecream if you are EVER in Montrèal..! I am going to miss them as i am moving to Ontario soon !!
