The person working immediately welcomed me while I was looking at the menu, & answered all of my questions cheerfully. The food was a great portion & very flavourful.

Correct.

Glute free fried chicken is rare so I give jt extra points. But it was way to oily/fried batter. Fries tasted good but definitely felt like they'd been our for hours so cold. Very noisy environment but if you're going to that location its to be expected. I'd go again. Just not any time soon.
