About us

HELM (which is an acronym for Houblon (Hops), Eau (Water), Levure (Yeast) & Malt) is an unpretentious brew-pub which promotes quality and local products in an urban setting. Aside from the in-house brewed beer, we also offer a wide selection of Quebec cider and American wines. We also offer a simple cuisine featuring fresh ingredients. Its decor, both rough and refined, its big, central bar, the lights are what makes HELM a friendly place, perfect for discussing and meeting with friends.

La nourriture était très bonne pour une brasserie. La galette de mon hamburger était juteuse hummmm... & nous avons pris une poutine au smokemeat nous l'avons bien aimé. Le service était courtois & rapide nous avons attendu 15min pour avoir notre repas!!!

Excellente brasserie la bière artisanale est très bonne. Bravo ambiance sympathique & chaleureuse le service est au petit soin. je recommande. Il y a des expositions d'art superbes. J'y expose mes Photographies contemplatives Fragments de rencontre avec l'inattendu. Jusqu'au 30 octobre 2025.

Micro-brasserie servant leur propre bière. Le service est bon, & la place est assez frequentée. Comme bien des bars, parfois difficile de s`entendre.

Très bonne brasserie avec une ambiance agréable. La bière au gingembre est excellente, le burger végétarien est à tomber pour 13$ 😌

Bonjour, pour la première fois que j'ai visité votre brasserie. Le service est excellent, l'ambiance est dynamique & surtout la bonne bière locale!
Les prix sont raisonnables pour qualité des plats.
Je retournerais bientôt.
