"They are under staffed. A long wait to get seated and a longer wait to get your food. The food, on the other hand, is simply exceptional. Lots of great ideas perfectly executed. I forgave how slow this place was the moment I tasted the first bite. We will be back for sure, but probably after some cheese or light snacks at home first next time."
