Dough was great, calabrese had a great flavour. Sauce was sweet & runny - not my favourite. Price is a bit high. Service was very fast especially for a busy Friday night.

Heirloom Vin & Pizza at Le CENTRAL is a gem! The pizza was perfectly crispy with fresh toppings, & the wine selection was excellent. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, making it a great spot to unwind. Definitely coming back for more!

Toutes les pizzas que j'ai essayé m'ont bien plu. Ce sont des pizzas croute mince, originales ou classiques, cuites dans un four traditionnel. L'ambiance au Central avec ses grandes tables est toujours bonne !

J ai gouté la pizza 4 fromages de heirloom après mon retour d italie & je vous dit qu elle vaut même pas un 3/10 Pas assez de fromage plus de gorgonzola que les autres fromages En fait c était une pizza au gorgonzola & ça coûte cher une 4 fromage & une bière + tips ça m à coûté 35 dollars
