Amazing pizza! We got the prosciutto pizza & it was so good, definitely recommend it. We also tried the charcuterie board, which was just as delicious & came with plenty of bread & cheese. The olives were great too! Such a good spot & definitely worth checking out. Will absolutely be going back!

minimal choices in pizzas. finally ordered the roasted veg pizzas but was very disappointed. not enough cheese or spices, small pieces of veg, burnt crust, small size. eating experience also spoilt by the extremely loud rnb music. Avoid & find a better place.

Belle présentation & ingrédients de qualité, mais la pizza manque un peu d'équilibre. Le prosciutto était plutôt timide & la sauce tomate était presque absente. La croûte, malgré une belle cuisson en apparence, était un peu molle & manquait de croustillant. Ça se mange bien, mais à ce prix, je m'attendais à une pizza plus généreuse & mieux balancée.

Pizzéria correcte, sans plus, située à l'intérieur du food court Le Central.

Nous avons apprécié la prise de commande rapide à la caisse & les pizzas ont été servies relativement rapidement. On recommande également leur bière pils à l'italienne, particulièrement bien réussie avec une carbonisation soutenue.

Par contre, les pizzas en soi n'ont rien d'exceptionnelles. La croûte est de style napolitaine mais on fait moins bien que chez Pizzeria no 900. Pas mauvais mais jamais aussi aérienne. Les combines d'ingrédients laissaient à désirer, celle aux patates pas particulièrement bien réussie, il y avait des bouchées sans ingrédients, juste de la pâte.

Au final, une note de passage, il n'y a rien de spécial qui nous convaincrait d'y retourner à part la localisation & le service rapide de la prise de commande à l'exécution. Parfait si vous êtes pressés avant d'aller voir une spectacle dans les environs.
