Opened in 1996, Hawgs is an unusual and original place located in St. Leonard, one of the only places offering breakfast around the clock, it's a spacious and comfortable place, ideal for a good time and a drink or simply to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. You can't help notice the original decor (American Style) that decorates the walls. This brings 2 different feels to the place, on one side very colorful and on the other, delightfully retro. There is also a bar for those looking for a drink with friends and a few corners segregating those seeking a little privacy. Also note that they have giant screens that give a modern edge and is perfect for any sporting event. On summer days, the imposing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun while having a nice plate of smoked meat, ribs, their famous poutine, a good steak, burger, or maybe their famous Monterey Jack chicken sandwiches. All this in an atmosphere that gives you the feeling of staying there all day or all night. Upstairs, they offer a mezzanine for 50 people, ideal for birthdays and any other party group. Whether it's for a nice meal with friends, family or business, Hawgs is the perfect place.

Poutine absolument dégoutante. Sauce médiocre avec mottons de peau de surface figée. Patates congelées très basic avec gros amassis de patates collées ensemble dont les parties se touchant étaient demeurées toutes blanches & pas cuite. En somme, très décevant! On m'a changé ma poutine, mais à part que j'en ai une plus fraîche, les ingrédients demeurent les mêmes... Dommage que ce n'était pas bon, car c'est un joli resto & la serveuse était très sympathique & serviable... J'imagine que la poutine n'est pas leur spécialité.

Nous avions faim à presque minuit donc c'est ici que vous voulions combler votre faim. Le service tard la nuit n'est pas au top mais la serveuse est gentille & fait de son mieux. Le club sandwich est bien. Le hamburger un peu sec. Le milkshake était trop sucrée. La poutine manquant vraiment de la sauce & du fromage. Au finale. Les prix sont quand même assez haute considérant la qualité de la nourriture & du service. Je ne ferais pas de ce lieux mon préféré mais peut être un lieux à me rendre quand j'ai une faim de viande.
