Opened in 1996, Hawgs is an unusual and original place located in St. Leonard, one of the only places offering breakfast around the clock, it's a spacious and comfortable place, ideal for a good time and a drink or simply to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. You can't help notice the original decor (American Style) that decorates the walls. This brings 2 different feels to the place, on one side very colorful and on the other, delightfully retro. There is also a bar for those looking for a drink with friends and a few corners segregating those seeking a little privacy. Also note that they have giant screens that give a modern edge and is perfect for any sporting event. On summer days, the imposing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun while having a nice plate of smoked meat, ribs, their famous poutine, a good steak, burger, or maybe their famous Monterey Jack chicken sandwiches. All this in an atmosphere that gives you the feeling of staying there all day or all night. Upstairs, they offer a mezzanine for 50 people, ideal for birthdays and any other party group. Whether it's for a nice meal with friends, family or business, Hawgs is the perfect place.

Stopped in for lunch. Food was great. Had a hawgs salad, hawgs poutine & hawgs club sandwich. Everything was great!! Good food. Would definitely go again.

Poutine was toodler sized priced at $25 which I thought was a joke. Took forever for the waitress to bring the bill.

Have eaten here plenty of times. It's a great alternative to the regular 24 hour joints. BBQ ribs, smoked meat, pizza, chicken wings... All really good. Poutine is also good. It's a bit pricey but the service is great & it's 24 hours. They have some 35$ platters that will satisfy most appetites, & if you're not full there's always their desserts. They also serve breakfast 24 hours as well.

Très bonne expérience en ce samedi midi! La serveuse, Tiziana, a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous, la poutine Hawgs & le hamburger Arizona étaient très bons!

Normally, the experience here is ok. Not sure what happened this time around. Sat on terrace on a Monday afternoon. Barely any service, waitress did not come to ask about our food (my Benedict eggs were horrible), if we were missing anything (yes, ketchup & water, went to get both inside, as never found the waitress). Lunch & supper meals are better. The breakfast meal gave me indigestion. ☹️ Edit - appetizers are good - potatoe skins with sour cream & the cheese sticks with BBQ sauce. Poutine good as well, generous portion. Service still sucks. Long to order, no water refills, long to receive the bill.

Poutine absolument dégoutante. Sauce médiocre avec mottons de peau de surface figée. Patates congelées très basic avec gros amassis de patates collées ensemble dont les parties se touchant étaient demeurées toutes blanches & pas cuite. En somme, très décevant! On m'a changé ma poutine, mais à part que j'en ai une plus fraîche, les ingrédients demeurent les mêmes... Dommage que ce n'était pas bon, car c'est un joli resto & la serveuse était très sympathique & serviable... J'imagine que la poutine n'est pas leur spécialité.
