I've been visiting this restaurant for almost a year now, & each time it improves in terms of food, cleanliness, & service. There are especially two lovely ladies, Ivana & Leni, who are always happy to serve my husband & me. They are the best, & the sushi is always delicious, especially at dinner. Whenever we have a cold, we come for their soup, which is always the best. No matter how much I praise it, it's not enough. I hope everyone tries it for themselves because you won't regret it.
I come often to Sushi Hanami. Ivana & Leny & the rest of the staff have excellent service. They always do more than what expected.
For the food, I would put more than 5 stars if it was possible, especially for dinner.

The staff was initially hesitant to accommodate my boyfriend & I because we're blind. After some discussion, they agreed to help us this one time but informed us that next time, we'd need to bring a sighted person or know exactly what we want to order ahead of time online. Unfortunately, their website isn't very accessible with screen readers, which makes it tough to navigate & place orders online.
The food quality was decent, although the wonton soup didn't quite hit the mark for me - I've had better wonton soup at Chinese buffets. The tempura was also quite oily & greasy.
A surprise birthday dinner was arranged for my daughter this evening among her closest friends & family. The menu had numerous items to chose from & it was easy to order from the table iPad. The dishes arrived fast & all the food was hot. Water was refilled promptly & dirty plates removed constantly. We all enjoyed our meal very much. Thank you to all the staff that served us & those in the kitchen preparing the food.
Sushi was again not fresh, the same as it was in 2022, when we had last ordered from Hanami. . The rice inside the sushi was especially hard. The cooked food was also average at best. Will not order from here again, & all these good reviews Hanami received must have been for years ago. Not worth the money at all, considering how much more expensive sushi & all restaurants have become in general.
