I'm not a huge fan of Japan BBQ, but this was a pretty good experience with some very decent food. The meat wasn't the best quality, but it was seasoned well. The vibe of the place was really nice, though, & they had some great noodle dishes. Overall, I wouldn't say I was thoroughly impressed, but again, my opinion on Korean BBQ is biased.View more

Wife felt like having barbecue once we landed in Montreal. After checking into the hotel, we walked here & snagged a table.
We ordered a set meal for 2 & it was enough food for me, my wife & my 8 year old daughter.
I thought the food was fine. My wife was a little disappointed. I guess she was expecting something more. My daughter was fine with the food as well.
We didn't hate it, but the food didn't stand out for us.View more

I had a great experience, especially thanks to Andy, who was truly an attentive & thoughtful waiter. I particularly enjoyed their beef dishes & the salad both were absolutely delicious & stood out the most for me. The only items that didn't quite match my personal taste were the miso soup & the spicy shrimp, but that simply came down to individual preference rather than quality.
