Extremely disappointed with the food I ordered today. Some of the chicken was burnt. No sauce was given. When you pick it up they give some, so how come no sauce when we order delivery? The onions rings & fries were extremely soggy, dripping with oil. Their prices just go up as the quality goes down. We were regular customers but not anymore.
I've been looking for a local Portuguese restaurant for ages & was surprised to see this place across the street from my nail salon. I was looking for a healthy quick lunch to take out & decided to get their whole chicken which came with one side, so I chose their fries. Very well seasoned & grilled chicken, spiced well & some house fries that were tasty. It was prepared in less than 10 mins & they gave me some additional hot sauces. Gentles behind the counter was friendly & was helpful with sharing some options for me to choose from. Will definitely be back to try their other items!

Le service était top. La fille sur place veillait à ce que nous manquons de rien. Cependant, la cuisine est à améliorer surtout l'amertume de la grille brûlée se transpose sur la viande & que la sauce est insuffisante pour donner le goût recherché.
ALL the tables were dirty. Never cleaned the whole time we were there. No sauces with the meal. Portions were small. How come you are the only Portuguese restaurant that serves only 1 side with the meal? No rice+salad? Or fries+salad? Service was subpar & minimal. After paying, we all agreed it wasn't worth the price & we wouldn't come back.
TLDR; DRY. Chicken was so darn dried that even McNuggets taste better. Perhaps my expectations were too high for a "4.6 stars" rating? The family combo that we ordered, the chicken was dry AF especially the brochettes, they were dry & hard. To top that off, they don't give you enough sauce. I dunno who had the brilliant idea of using glass bottle oil dispenser, which they weren't meant for thick puri puri sauce, as a result, I have a REALLY hard time getting them out. 😐 The wedge potato was also dry AF too! The only 2 things that we actually enjoyed was the garlic bread & their creamy coleslaw salad. For the similar price point, there are way better & juicer grilled chicken out there...

Got the grilled Piri Piri double chicken legs meal. The sauce & the flavour of the chicken is awesome. It has the grilled char but still is moist & tender. The only issue is they get kind of small, I could eat so much more! $22 for chicken, salad, & a pop isn't cheap, but also not that expensive compared to some places these days. (I already ate half of my salad in this pic, it was a decent size).
Le même plat est meilleur sur place que lorsqu'il est pour emporter! J'avais mangé en resto, ensuite commandé le même plat take out. Sur place c'était plus tendre/juteux & il y avait plus de sauce dans l'assiette!

si vous aimez le poulet. un endroit où vous pouvez passer pour en goûter si vous le souhaitez... cet endroit propose le plat du jour jusqu'à 17h. Du lundi au vendredi, très bon prix & variété, recommandé de suggérer au chef de bien cuisiner, parfois ce n'est pas bien cuit à l'intérieur. Il est donc conseillé de leur suggérer de bien le cuisiner & de prendre leur temps pour le faire. Il est conseillé d'essayer les sauces séparément afin de pouvoir apprécier pleinement l'assaisonnement du poulet tel quel....pour cette raison vous pourrez accompagner vos plats de plusieurs options... parking limité mais suffisant. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous garer, il y a aussi beaucoup de places de stationnement devant.
Was in the mood for some grilled chicken & the craving was not satisfied. First, I must mention that when we went, almost all of the tables were dirty (dirty dishes & leftover food from previous customers). There was no one at the restaurant except us. It stayed like that until we left. Its not a fun experience for the customers when the restaurant is dirty like that. In terms of the food, tried the beef ribs which tasted pretty good but there was very little meat for the price. The chicken was decent but nothing special. In addition, in other peri Peri places, there is usually a variety of sauces & in this case the selection was quite limited. The coleslaw & the fries were good.
