I always go to this place but yesterday night I felt a bit disappointed because the food was not as good. Although the basic nandos sauces were available, it felt like the garlic sauce had water. The other sauce flavors weren't even available like the main peri peri sauce. We asked the waitress for other bottles, & instead she gave us a half empty bottle that was worse. On the chicken we ordered, which was also not well done, was topped with some vinegar orange sauce, not even the real peri peri one! So, I paid for a big platter yesterday plus tip but it genuinely felt like a waste of my money 🙃 I think you guys should go back to the high quality restaurant & flavor you once were🙏Thank You.

Food is good, it's fresh you can see it however, the portions are very small, for two whole chicken (chickens were small) & a very small fries portion I paid 85$ it's quite expensive.
The staff is great, but again you are not getting your moneys worth.
Je voulais essayer un nouveau poulet à la portuguaise, mais malheureusement, je suis déçue. J'ai commandé via uber eats.
Tout d'abord, j'ai demandé sauce douce & elle était piquante. Ensuite, j'ai pris une frite normale & la portion est minuscule (la moitié d'un sac venant d'autres restaurants similaires). La salade césar a été composée avec les tronçons de la fin de la laitue romaine tous jaunes, aucun morceau de feuille verte. Le pain n'était pas frais également. Je donne 2 étoiles, car le goût du poulet était bon.
Grillado's truly lives up to its name. Every dish that comes off the grill is cooked to perfection, with rich, smoky flavors that are both authentic & satisfying. specially the dish Esperanza, steak striploin & rib eye steak. The meats are incredibly tender & well-seasoned, & you can taste the quality in every bite. Whether it's their signature grilled specialties or their flavorful sides, everything is crafted with care & attention to detail.
Assez déçu par ma première visite. Ca change des vidéos Instagram que j'avais vu. La brochette de poulet était bonne. Par contre le burger enfant était moyen & assez élevé pour un menu enfant (16$) mais ce qui m'a le plus déçu a été le délai de service très long & surtout le sol glissant & les toilettes salles. Bref je ne pense pas retourner sur place.
La viande plein de gras pas bon les frites pas de goût les bouteilles d'eau sont sales les tables ça bouge sale ambiance 0 double 0 nourriture est vraiment pas bonne j'ai payé 193$ j'ai regretté beaucoup le restaurant & sale & la bouffe pas bon pas de goût pour le prix

Food was good but the service was terrible, nobody came to serve us & we had to go to the counter to order, nobody even came to check up on us despite the restaurant being empty. We ordered a platter & some of the things were sold out, we had to enquire about the missing things instead of the employee telling us. I expected better, huge disappointment.
Went to this place 2 days ago & omg the food was so good! Especially the chicken. Very flavorful! Their garlic bread is very buttery which I love & their fries were pretty decent! Our server was very kind! The place was clean , not much decor but pretty nice! Would recommend & come back . Especially for that chicken & garlic bread😋!

Que ce soit pour la qualité de la nourriture, l'ambiance chaleureuse ou le service attentionné, tout est tout simplement impeccable. Il est rare de trouver un restaurant où les plats sont aussi délicieux tout en bénéficiant d'un service aussi amical & attentionné.
Mention spéciale au propriétaire, Usman, qui est d'une grande générosité & qui se soucie réellement de l'expérience de ses clients. Cela se ressent dans chaque détail.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent une excellente cuisine & un accueil authentique.
Excellente expérience chez Grillados! L'endroit est propre, moderne & l'ambiance est vraiment agréable. On se sent bien dès qu'on entre.
Le service est rapide, chaleureux & très professionnel. L'équipe est attentionnée & fait en sorte que tout se passe bien du début à la fin.
La nourriture est délicieuse & les portions sont généreuses, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. C'est clairement une belle découverte & une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. J'y retournerai certainement!
We waited 30+ mins in an EMPTY restaurant just to be told one dish (Tandoori chicken) will take ANOTHER 20mins, when I said we would abandon the order she said a burger will be quicker, so we said ok. so after 10 mins she comes back with the originally tandoori chicken both the chicken & my chicken sandwich were tasteless. Absolutely no seasoning.
Les grillades étaient bonnes & les portions généreuses, mais rien d'incroyables pour le prix. Le service était bon & chaleureux.
Là où ça se gâte : la table était sale (très), l'ambiance ressemblait plus à celle d'un McDonald que d'autres choses. Il y avait aussi des enfants qui criaient non-stop (je comprends quand même que ce n'est pas la faute du restaurant ou du staff).
