Went last night with the wife & kids & wow.. let me tell you as a long time Marathon customers this restaurant is 10x better, from their tatziki, their creamy salad dressing the gyros you can tell they are highly skilled & care deeply about the place, haven't had such great greek food for many years & i'm so happy it's within 10 minutes from my home. Our waiter was very friendly & welcoming as well.
We decided to go for greek food at a last minute decision on Saturday night so based on the reviews we chose this restaurant & we weren't disappointed, the restaurant was full but they managed a place for our party of 5 for 1hr. We were able to order right away & the food was delivered within 15 min. We were able to finish in time. We ordered the meat platter for 4. It was a generous portion & would have easily accommodated our group of 5 but we also wanted to try the Moussaka & we order some lemon potatoes & fries with greek salad & rice. No need to say we had a big doggy bag to take home. Everything was delicious. Some of the food could have used a bit more salt but salt shaker was provided on the table to add to your taste. Prices were reasonable. Staff were amazing. Peter had a great attitude, efficient & was helpful with our orders. Will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful experience at Grigoris Restaurant! The Greek food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. Everything tasted authentic & delicious, & the portions were generous.
The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the service was friendly & attentive. Definitely a great place for anyone who loves Greek cuisine. I'll happily come back again!

Went for takeout today & ordered the two pork gyro combo with fries & a soft drink, plus an extra chicken gyro for my wife. We absolutely loved it. The taste, seasoning, & portion sizes all reminded us of the gyros we're used to having in Greece. I've had my fair share of gyros around Montreal over the years, & in my opinion, nothing else comes close. The portions are generous, the food is reasonably priced, & the quality is excellent. Grigoris & Iliana were also an absolute pleasure to meet & talk to. They were incredibly welcoming, generous, & made the whole experience (even as quick & simple as a takeout) that much better. I've been looking for a go-to gyro place for a long time, & I think I've finally found it. Great food, generous portions, wonderful people, & the real Greek flavors I've been missing. We'll definitely be back!

FANTASTIC!! This is real Greek food! The tarama, kopanisti & tzatziki are all home made. The moussaka was perfectly balanced & the gyro was identical to those I've eaten in Greece. Truly such a lovely visit, our waitress Elektra was amazing. Can't wait until our next visit.
What a great place to eat. The food is fantastic with huge servings & very reasonably priced. I've tried the Pita plate which was delicious & came with an abundance of salad, rice & Greek lemon potatoes. I also tried the Pastitsio which was to die for. The appetizers are so delicious & too many to name here. Great service, great food for the whole family & friends. Highly recommended!
Menu says olive oil, kitchen uses canola.
I don't usually write reviews, but this one is worth it. I ordered the beet salad. The menu says it is made with olive oil. It tasted wrong, but I wasn't sure why. Then another dish came out with real olive oil, & the difference was obvious right away.
I asked the server. He told me olive oil is expensive, so they use canola oil in the salad instead.
At a Greek restaurant, olive oil is not a small detail. It's the whole point. & the menu should say what is actually in the food.
$13 for a small plate of beets & feta in canola oil. (The photo shows what was left by the time I figured it out.) I paid & left, but I will not come back.
