Accueil très médiocre. Aucun bonjour en arrivant de la part de la serveuse à l'accueil, contrairement au cuisinier qui, lui, a été poli & nous a salués.
La serveuse répond sur un ton agressif & n'explique pas les choses correctement. Nous étions dans l'incompréhension car le montant affiché n'était pas le même que celui annoncé. Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications, sa réponse a été : « Tu veux savoir quoi de plus ? »
Un minimum de politesse & de professionnalisme serait apprécié. Je comprends que nous sommes arrivés environ 15 minutes avant la fermeture, mais nous voulions simplement commander des frites. Nous aurions tout à fait compris si on nous avait simplement expliqué calmement que les cuisines étaient déjà fermées.
Nous sommes déçus, car nous avions déjà commandé deux fois de la poutine là-bas & elle était bonne. Malheureusement, nous ne retournerons pas dans ce restaurant à cause du service reçu.

Très bon est aabordable 14 dollard 2 hot dog & une poutine mais j ai vu un rat les siège était briser je me sentait incomfortable

If you are looking for a family style diner with friendly atmosphere....this is your place. Not a lot of frills but comfort & warmth are in abundance. The staff seemed happy & you just can't help but feel welcomed. The'motor oil' poutine gravy...INSANELY GOOD....I have lived here for 19 yrs & have heard of the Green Stop often...I finally made it & have no regrets. The smoked meat was the most tender I have tried yet. Will go back, I love that it's a place you can go in your sweats & baseball cap & just feel at ease...you will absolutely not leave hungry!

great food, poutine is delicious especially with the brown sauce, but the service is terrible, the lady there always changes the price she seems to be boosting the price of certain items randomly, I always order the same thing when going there strangely it is always more expensive when this lady is at the cash, when it s others prices stay the same.
