Honestly, it's nothing special.Me & my family went today & we had high expectations.The hard serve ice creams were decent but nothing special.The waffle ice cream was a big disappointment.It was literally just overpriced vanilla soft serve with chocolate chips & cookie bits that taste like nothing in what was probably the most bland & flavourless waffle I've ever had.The cinnamon bun wasn't even cooked!After telling the cashier who seemed to be the manger, he told us that they were cooked & that it was fine.No apology, no refund.Just absolute rudeness.The staff apart from him weren't anything special.Not smiling or talking.Not impressed.

First off, I'm not the only one making complaints on uncooked food especially the cinnamon buns.Begs the question; are the several clients wrong, or are the staff who have gotten several reviews wrong? Also, how in the world did you know our family was happy? You guys didn't even bother to ask or say goodbye!!! My family & I complained the whole way back home & plus, I never would have written this review if we were satisfied. So your staff is not only rude, but now you're telling me how my family felt? Way to treat clients. This isn't to target or insult your business.Its just to warn other potential clients.
Amazing spot!I came here because I've seen all the hype online, & it totally lived up to it. The waffles are made fresh on the spot-crispy on the outside but super soft inside. I paired mine with their homemade ice cream, & it was pure heaven.The staff was incredibly nice & patient while I figured out what to order. The place is also super clean & has a really great vibe. I am definitely making this my new regular dessert spot. Highly recommend!

Super good! Smell super nice, endless choice- (therefore the price is a bit high for one cone but it's what you would pay in average for ice cream nowadays lol) .
They also have cinnamon rolls
& all kind of rolls all types of treats its really nice in here 🩷
The guy at the cash register (he's the manager apparently )was really unfriendly & rude. Very nonchalant it was the first warm day of May 17th & he honestly didn't seem happy to be there. I asked about the prices of the cups & he told me to look at the menu even though I was standing right in front of him at the counter.Customer service was a 2/10 & really inefficient.. also heard him curse while being infront of him ordering.The ice cream & the concept are good, but being served by someone unpleasant while supporting their business is not something I want to experience again. Customer service is all about welcoming & helping your customers !! This is one important key for me when you run a buisiness!! I won't be coming back . If you want good customer service with good ice cream trust me go elsewhere
Had an amazing experience. The owner, Valerie, & her daughter were absolutely wonderful-their service was friendly, patient, & truly welcoming. The waffles & ice cream were delicious, & they were incredibly kind & understanding with my autistic son, which meant so much to us. We'll definitely be going back, & I'll be recommending this place to everyone! 🍦🧇✨
This place is like heaven! A place for those who have a sweet tooth. They have not only the best waffles but they're made fresh! The toppings are to die for! They have a variety of goodies for you to indulge & enjoy! A perfect little spot to get ice cream with friends, grab some chocolate, or whatever your feeling they got!
I spent more than 60$ dollars for the workers to make a mistake & tell me if I wanted it rectified, I would have to pay for another item. To be clear, it wasn't because what I wanted was extra, it's because they would have to remake my order.
The ice cream is good but the customer service needs to be deeply rethought!!!
