Had an amazing experience. The owner, Valerie, & her daughter were absolutely wonderful-their service was friendly, patient, & truly welcoming. The waffles & ice cream were delicious, & they were incredibly kind & understanding with my autistic son, which meant so much to us. We'll definitely be going back, & I'll be recommending this place to everyone! 🍦🧇✨
This place is like heaven! A place for those who have a sweet tooth. They have not only the best waffles but they're made fresh! The toppings are to die for! I spent more than 60$ dollars for the workers to make a mistake & tell me if I wanted it rectified, I would have to pay for another item. To be clear, it wasn't because what I wanted was extra, it's because they would have to remake my order.
The ice cream is good but the customer service needs to be deeply rethought!!!
Really, really, really, REALLY good cinnamon rolls. Perfect amount of flakiness to softness. The fruit smoothies are just the right amount of sweetness & thickness.

Le magasin est bien décorer & on peut bien voir le menu à plusieurs endroits, le service à été impeccable & on a poser plein de questions & changer d'idée plusieurs fois, enfin la crème glacée n'est pas une des meilleurs que j'ai mangé mais très bonne & le concept avec la gaufre c'est très bon ils ont aussi beaucoup de choix de garniture, les prix sont très raisonnables

Tried Gaufres & Glaces Laval & wow 🤍 The waffles were perfectly crisp on the outside & soft inside, & the ice cream was absolutely delicious. It's honestly one of the best dessert spots in Laval. If you're craving fresh waffles or gelato nearby, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Such an amazing dessert spot in Laval! We had the Belgian waffles & gelato at Gaufres & Glaces Laval & everything was fresh, tasty, & very generous. Great place for waffles, ice cream, & milkshakes. The staff is incredibly friendly & the portions are massive. Highly recommend!
