It was an awful experience. The guy who works there had a bad attitude & almost indirectly kicked us out & when we asked if he could place the chairs so that the whole family sits together, he said no & he didn't even try to help us or find a solution. This was the first time I go there & it will be my last. I don't recommand it at all.

Très mauvaise expérience & surtout l'accueil des employés . négligence totale des clients .on dirait qu'ils veulent pas vendre je le recommande pas & je reviens plus jamais.
Si y'avais 0 etoiles je l'aurais mis, le gars qui travaille ne sait meme pas expliquer & au final tu finis avec des surprises sur ton meal.
Pas bon du tout avec une gaufre pas cuite & meme pas uje chance qu'il te la refasse, si t'es pas satisfait il te propose de la jeter.
Bref je le recommande pas

J'ai demandé à l'employée s'il avais d'autres choix de saveur qui ne coûte pas la vanille & elle m'a répondu que non . J'ai même demande fraise ou autres , elle m'a répondu que non encore une fois . Elle m'a également pas dit que la saveur chocolat n'étais pas disponible que le l'hiver,alors avec l'information que je viens de savoir, je rajoute un étoile .

Bonne crème glacée , MAIS pas de crème glacée au chocolat ! Je suis partie les mains vide ,car j'aime pas la vanille. Le reste de la famille a bien aimé leur crème glacée. Malheureusement on ne reviendras pas dû qu'il n'a pas la serveur au chocolat ou autre que la vanille de basse. :(

Gaufres & Glaces is one of my fav Ice cream spots in Laval. I literally love their KitKat Waffles, which I order all the time. This time though, I wanted to try something new, so I ordered the Tiramisu Pistachio Sundae. It was a 10 out of 10. Super Delicious & very beautiful.

Drove all the way from the West Island to try this spot & it didn't disappoint! I got the brownie & it was out of this world! They have so many options I'll have to come back a few more times to try them all. Service was super quick & polite. Definitely a must try if you're in the Laval area! Nice little terrace set outside as well. :) 🍧🤗
