It was an awful experience. The guy who works there had a bad attitude & almost indirectly kicked us out & when we asked if he could place the chairs so that the whole family sits together, he said no & he didn't even try to help us or find a solution. This was the first time I go there & it will be my last. I don't recommand it at all.

Si y'avais 0 etoiles je l'aurais mis, le gars qui travaille ne sait meme pas expliquer & au final tu finis avec des surprises sur ton meal.
Pas bon du tout avec une gaufre pas cuite & meme pas uje chance qu'il te la refasse, si t'es pas satisfait il te propose de la jeter.
Bref je le recommande pas

Gaufres & Glaces is one of my fav Ice cream spots in Laval. I literally love their KitKat Waffles, which I order all the time. This time though, I wanted to try something new, so I ordered the Tiramisu Pistachio Sundae. It was a 10 out of 10. Super Delicious & very beautiful.
Totally recommend his place. Give it a try !

J'étais très enthousiaste à l'idée de visiter cet endroit avec mes enfants le jour de l'Eid. Nous avons commandé une gaufre à la banane, une gaufre plate aux fraises & un cornet. Tout avait l'air délicieux, & j'ai même pris une photo.

Malheureusement, en arrivant au milieu de ma gaufre, j'ai trouvé un cheveu collé à la pâte. Cela m'a coupé l'appétit immédiatement. J'ai montré l'assiette à une employée, qui semblait un peu dépassée. Elle m'a gentiment proposé de m'en refaire une, mais j'ai refusé, car j'étais écoeurée.

Je n'ai pas voulu faire de scène car le lieu était très achalandé. Dommage, car ce que j'ai goûté avant l'incident était bon.

Je recommande cependant de prêter plus d'attention à l'hygiène, notamment au niveau des banquettes extérieures, qui étaient visiblement sales.
