I have eaten a lot of Lebanese cuisine. It's not often that I wonder, then, if I'm currently having the best Lebanese restaurant meal of my life. Garage Beirut had me wondering this. The dishes are as classic as they come, yet surprise with how well they're executed. The kibbeh was refined. The shish taouk was on point. The filet mignon was as soft as they come. The owner was a gentleman. Exceptional.
Great food. Really unique choices. Wait time without reservation was around 30 minutes on a busy Canada Day weekend. Our server was really nice & knowledgeable. The also had complimentary pita bread that they would keep replenishing. I would definitely go back.
Most authentic Lebanese restaurant in Montreal! I had the Dip Taster, which was delicious & beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the Muhammara dip. Excellent & very helpful service, in a warm & homey atmosphere. Highly recommend! I only wish that they made falafel sandwiches.
It was a last minute reservation, very good service from the staff, cozy but a but tight for large groups but manageable. Food was good, we had mixed grill plates & sides, everything was very good. Able to find street parking but it was very close to the hotels. It was clean & organized well enough.
Best libanese restaurant downtown, food is fresh & homemade & the owners are so nice!
The food is nice, portions are nice, but I would say its slightly more expensive than it should be. But everything is good overall
Best fatteh! Even better than Beirut! This place is a must visit. Love its vibe 😍
Délicieux, tout est super frais & le service très gentil. L'endroit est quand même petit & populaire à l'heure du lunch, alors il faut réserver! Les plats se partagent très bien pour pouvoir goûter à un maximum de choses sur le menu.
I recently dined at this wonderful Lebanese restaurant in Montreal & had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, but can be a bit noisy. The food was delicious, especially the hummus & fatoosh & baba ganouj. The staff were friendly & attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this gem for authentic Lebanese cuisine!
We had a really nice meal, portions were just right, we started off with mixed cold mezze, the mixed hot pastries ( we requested for vegetarian), the Shawarma & Garlic Potatoes. To finish we ordered a Kunafa. Thank you to the team who was accommodating & very courteous.
Great food & even better service. It was Quite noisy & crowded when we were there, with tables quite tightly packed together... but this is certainly a testament to how good the food is. When I have good Lebanese food, I like to be able to take my time to enjoy & savour it. Unfortunately90 minutes into our meal, we were told we had only 30 minutes left before we needed to give up our table. This is why this restaurant will not be a repeat for me personally. But for anyone that's ok with a fast meal done in under 2 hours, you may enjoy this place.
Food is amazing & they have lots of options. Very cute date spot, their patio is small, but very nice. Absolutely worth it. On the pricier side but highly recommend!
The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious! 100% recommend it!
