The best fluffy pancakes in town! I ordered the tiramisu fluffy pancakes with chocolate sauce (to die for!) & the 2nd time I got the croffle (croissant & waffle) with salad, delicious! I definitely recommend to try Fuwa Fuwa, the staff is super sweet, you won't be disappointed!

The food was soo good. The staff is kind & amazing. It's more a dining in experience, so absolutely the perfect spot for students to sit & study. Will definitely go back for the fruit pancakes & their iced teas. The creams & fruits are fresh.
Super easy to get there from place d'armes metro. So no big need to have the car to get there. There is paid parking available, limited street paid parking
The friendly & attentive staff, along with the welcoming atmosphere & beautiful decor, create a great first impression. The pancakes are light & fluffy, with plenty of delicious options-from savoury eggs Benedict to sweet Oreo. They also offer crispy croffles with both sweet & savoury toppings, plus a great variety of drinks. I can't wait to try more! This place is definitely a Chinatown favorite.

Bon qualité & prix je trouve. Il faut penser que les pancakes sont fait frais, donc au moins un 20mins d'attente ;) avec patience.

Very fluffy pancakes! Wait time around 20min but everything made fresh to order. For the price average around 20$ with a pancake & coffee it's amazing! Staff is very friendly.
I took the mango cheesecake & the tiramitsu craffle, the 2 are very good. The mango cheesecake is really original & good. All the bad comments are about long wait, I didn't wait for long but she said it would take 20-25 min for my craffles, I waited like 5 min & got everything, but It can probably be pretty long to get serve if their is a lot of people. I got there at 19h.
