Amazing Japanese fluffy pancakes! & as good as they are in Tokyo!
We had the blueberry a la mode with whipped cream for dessert. Oh. My. Gosh! Had To go back the next morning for the bacon Benedict on fluffy pancakes. Super delicious. Hollandaise sauce just needed a bit more fresh lemon.
ALSO had the unique0 bacon Croffle with cheese, lettuce & tomato, waffle made from a flakey layered croissant. ALL delicious, very friendly employees & a modern fun atmosphere.
PS Fun to watch the employees make the pancakes & other food with the open kitchen!

Les crêpes sucrées sont très bonnes mais notre plus belle surprise a été les articles du menu brunch. La crêpe soufflée Bénédictine au saumon fumée est le parfait mélange de sucré-salé & le croffle au saumon fumé est VRAIMENT BON!!!

Staff were nice & helpful, they verified that one of the desserts (croffle) could be made vegan/dairy free since the croissant base has no eggs. Their blueberry latte was also very good.

Amazing & delicious experience. We ordered biscoff & tiramisu croffles with strawberry litchi genmaicha & strawberry rose tea. Everything was delicious & I would definitely recommend!

Friendly service. Open kitchen to watch the chefs make the soufflés, etc. (5.5 minutes!). The taste of both the croffle & soufflé is amazing & very filling. These are good sized servings!

It's a great spot for students to study while enjoying delicious iced teas & light meals. Their pancakes are especially impressive-fluffy & topped with a variety of both sweet & savory options. The croffles are also a must-try, offering crispy perfection with diverse toppings. I love the bacon croffle as a light, savoury breakfast/ brunch option!

Conveniently located near Place d'Armes metro, it's easy to access without a car, though paid street parking is available. With its inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, & wide variety of drinks & treats, this place has easily become a Chinatown favorite. I can't wait to return & explore more of their menu!

The best fluffy pancakes in town! I ordered the tiramisu fluffy pancakes with chocolate sauce (to die for!) & the 2nd time I got the croffle (croissant & waffle) with salad, delicious! I definitely recommend to try Fuwa Fuwa, the staff is super sweet, you won't be disappointed!

The friendly & attentive staff, along with the welcoming atmosphere & beautiful decor, create a great first impression. The pancakes are light & fluffy, with plenty of delicious options-from savoury eggs Benedict to sweet Oreo. They also offer crispy croffles with both sweet & savoury toppings, plus a great variety of drinks. I can't wait to try more! This place is definitely a Chinatown favorite.
