Assurément la meilleure place vietnamienne de la région voir peut-être même au Québec. Les amateurs de sushis seront ravis. C'est aussi très abordable pour la qualité.

Fusionasie est de loin l'un de mes restaurants préférés à Saint-Jérôme. Le menu est varié, généreux & toujours préparé avec des ingrédients d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Chaque plat est savoureux, mais je dois absolument souligner leurs sushis: ultra frais, délicats, parfaitement équilibrés & honnêtement parmi les meilleurs que j'ai mangés. On sent vraiment le soin & la passion dans chaque assiette.

Le service est toujours chaleureux, l'ambiance simple & accueillante, & on repart à chaque fois avec l'impression d'avoir fait une belle découverte culinaire. Un incontournable pour quiconque aime la bonne nourriture & la fraîcheur authentique. Je recommande sans hésiter 👌🏻
