Les côtes levées sont excellentes avec la sauce sucrée mais un peu épicée les pommes de terre sont servis en purée avec du bacon & du fromage avec une salade César & un petit pain 😋

J'ai prit le plateau 3 viandes avec 2 accompagnements. C'était divin 😍.
La poitrine de boeuf, la poitrine de poulet & le porc effiloché avec deux demi-sauce la classique & la sucrée. En accompagnement il faut absolument prendre les patate pilé avec le bacon & oignon vert. Les meilleurs mangé à vie. La salade de choux était aussi excellente.

Love their food ❤? & the decor is beautiful
Just revisited - its been about a month - I don't know if they changed owners or it was just the workers today but the quality is completely gone. The meat was not moist & tender, the sandwich bread was changed to grocery store buns, the ceasar salad doesn't have shaved parmesan on it anymore. We are so disappointed in the quality. It was our go to restaurant when in Sherbrooke & now we wont be back for a long while anyways
