Très mauvaise expérience au Fuki Sushi Bar à Laval.

Nous y sommes allés entre amis pour un souper de sushis à volonté avec notre bébé en poussette. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression d'être de trop. Après nous avoir installés & après que nous ayons passé notre commande, on est venu nous dire que notre poussette dérangeait, sans proposer la moindre solution. Le message était clair : on nous faisait sentir que nous n'étions pas les bienvenus, alors que nous avions déjà commandé.

Quant à la nourriture, le prix est peut-être légèrement inférieur à celui de certains autres restaurants de sushis à volonté, mais cela ne justifie absolument pas la qualité. Le riz semblait être de la veille, sec & dur, le poisson n'avait rien de frais, & nous avons même trouvé un cheveu dans un sushi.

Le service était tout aussi décevant. Aucun sourire, aucun merci. Les assiettes étaient presque lancées sur la table, & le seul serveur masculin s'est montré désagréable & impatient simplement parce que nous lui avons demandé de la mayonnaise.

Je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement peut avoir une note de 4,3. Payer près de 40 $ par personne pour être traité de cette façon est inacceptable. Il existe de nombreux meilleurs restaurants de sushis à Laval où les clients sont accueillis avec respect.

Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds & je ne le recommande absolument pas apart si vous aimez être traité comme du bétail

Horrible service. There is only one guy doing everything. He is the only one bringing the food, ringing it in, filling the glasses, & cleaning the tables. I honestly raise my glass to him because that is so overwhelming. But as a customer, I am extremely disappointed because our order got messed up multiple times. Our food kept getting sent to the table next to us & it is so hard to get the waiter's attention as he is always busy with someone else. Bad experience. Also do not order a cocktail because it tastes watered down & has a funky taste.

I didn't know what to expect heading into this restaurant but it was delicious. The sushi had a different taste than what I'm used to but it was a really good change to my norm. The server was very attentive too. 5 stars from me

The food was good. Everything was going well, but when it was time the waitress FORCED me to tip. She was standing really close to me almost leaning on my shoulder. Will not be going back as she made me feel very uncomfortable.

Everything was going so well up until the waiter came for us to pay. I'm a college student & the only money I get is from my part-time job, I'm basically broke & the little bit of money I can put aside I use for the bare minimum. I didn't end up being able to tip & the lady basically threw a tantrum about it & tried to get me to give her a tip. She then didn't give me my receipt until I stressed it & she threw it on the table. Absolutely inappropriate, not coming back again.
