Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, but what really stood out was the service-especially from Smail.
He was super friendly from the start & made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell he actually cares about customers, not just doing his job. He gave us some great suggestions, & everything we ordered was perfect.
What I liked most is that he paid attention to small details-making sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. That kind of service is rare.
Big respect to Smail for making the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at this restaurant, & I have to mention Smail, who really made the visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, & genuinely attentive without being intrusive.
He knew the menu very well & gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be spot on. The food itself was delicious-fresh, flavorful, & well-presented-but Smail's service honestly elevated the whole experience.
It's rare to find someone who balances friendliness & efficiency so well. He made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal & checked in at just the right times.
Overall, I highly recommend this place, not only for the food but also for the outstanding service. If you get the chance, ask for Smail-you won't be disappointed.

Excellente pizza ! Par contre, déçu du changement pour la salade César. Le passage du kale à la laitue standard rend la salade beaucoup moins intéressante &'mouillasse' en livraison. Ramenez l'ancienne version au kale ! 😌Ah oui aussi, je reçois souvent pas la sauce ranch que je paye en extra , & cette sauce est essentielle pour votre pizza🥲
J'étais curieux d'essayer les nouveaux sandwichs pour l'heure du midi, quelle erreur. J'étais seul dans le restaurant & ça a pris 25 minutes pour sortir 2 sandwichs, les 2 employés étaient tellement lents & désintéressés s'en était gênant..
Les sandwichs étaient complètement froids lorsque je suis arrivé chez moi (5mins à pied du restaurant), & le résultat est disons assez différent de ce qui est proposé par les photos du resto.
On comprends pourquoi c'est vide, c'était la dernière fois que j'achetais du Fugazzi.
Je suis très déçu de leurs services client & la personne qui répond au téléphone j'ai fais une commande avec uber chez eux, j'ai voulu profiter de l'offre une pizza choisie l'autre offerte mais c'est une vrai arnaque attrape client ce n'est pas vrai, on paye un extra pour la 2eme pizza & en plus de cela je ne l ai pas reçu comme la photo la montre & quand j'ai appelé pour demander, il me répond il faut cliquer sur une case pour confirmer de profiter de la promotion alors qu'il te font choisir les deux pizza & payer pour les deux sous la formule 1 pour 2 & il faut cliquer qlq part de plus pour confirmer, va comprendre la logique des choses, je me sens arnaquer & me faire avoir, & il faut voir avec ubereat eux ils s en fous de toi, vive le service client au Québec & sa parle à peine français on est tjr a Montréal Qc a ce que je sache. Prochaine fois je vais réfléchir 20 fois plus avant de penser à ce restaurants.....
