Je suis venu un jeudi vers 14h30 & il y avait un seul autre client dans la place. J'ai commandé un sandwich & je l'ai reçu au bout d'une trentaine de minutes. Vraiment frustrant.

Le sandwich en soit était vraiment bon! Petit bemol, tous les légumes marinés étaient d'un côté du sandwich, & toute la viande de l'autre. Donc fallait décider si je voulais une bouchée de légumes ou une bouchée de viande.

La pizza était bonne, mais le service a été très décevant.

À mon arrivée, j'ai demandé quels étaient les choix de pizzas, puisqu'il y en avait huit affichées au mur. J'ai ensuite demandé quels accompagnements étaient offerts avec la pizza. On m'a répondu : « C'est juste de la pizza. »

Quand j'ai demandé s'il y avait des frites ou quelque chose d'autre, on m'a répondu avec un petit rire : « Des frites avec de la pizza? », comme si ma question était ridicule.

La pizza m'a ensuite été remise dans une boîte, même s'il y a une salle à manger. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes de table ni d'ustensiles à disposition.

La pizza était moins bonne qu'une pizza d'épicerie & l'attitude du personnel, ainsi que le manque de service ont rendu l'expérience beaucoup moins agréable.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Classico & it came to 20$ + they ask for a tip before any service (I tipped). It came cold, soggy & wet. It was clearly sitting for a delivery order. The worker was rude to me when I told him. The place is always empty & I now understand why. Even if it were fresh from the oven as I hoped, it was small & overpriced. I don't understand how they stay in business as I am struggling to find anything positive to say about this place & my experience. Horrible customer service & food, I left feeling scammed & insulted. I just wanted a decent pizza…

Le service s'est vraiment dégradé depuis quelques temps…Je passe commande sur place à emporter, les livreurs uber qui viennent récupérer les commandes les uns après les autres, d'autres clients arrivent après nous commandent & reçoivent leurs pizzas dans les 10-15mn….40mn plus tard ma pizza à emporter n'est toujours pas prête.
