The environment maintains a casual, high-energy atmosphere suitable for those prioritizing culinary craft over formal service protocols. Fugazzi Pizza Presto is widely recognized for its artisanal, Neapolitan style pizzas featuring high quality dough and creative topping combinations, with many patrons praising the efficient service and cozy atmosphere. While many reviews highlight the delicious flavors, especially the signature pepperoni and hot honey options, some customers have noted inconsistency in food quality, ranging from undercooked dough to sparse toppings and recent changes to side salad ingredients that fell short of expectations. Experiences with delivery times and staff responsiveness vary significantly, creating a polarized view where some find it a reliable neighborhood staple while others feel the consistency and customer service have declined over time.
Dimanche- 18 février on a commandé 2 Margherita on cherche le fromage c'est comme si on avait mangé une tranche de pain avec de la sauce tomates honnêtement tres désappointé j'ai jamais être désappointé à la succursale de pointe st Charles
Ordered the pepperoni pizza for delivery. It came one hour later & I live 6 minutes away! The pizza was cold. It looked like it was made yesterday & was left on the kitchen counter. The whole center had flattened & looked like someone had stepped on it. It looked they had painted a thin layer is sauce, added an even thinner layer of cheese & a thrown a bunch of pepperoni pieces sauce on it. It was hard & you could barely break off a piece with your teeth. The crust was the only survivor but I don't like to pay $20 just to chew on pieces of crust. Sorry but that's the sad story of this experience. On the good side, I know that it won't happen again...for me.

i picked up the BOGO solo combo through ubereats, & i was extremely happy with what i got! the guy at the front was super friendly as well. highly recommend:)
First time trying it, saw some kind of ad/special so I thought I would make the drive & try it out. Pizzas are like the hand made fancy variety, very thin crust, stone oven, type of thing. Not my favorite, as I like a thick crust type more. Also, very little in the way of toppings. Tried the ceasar salad, nice that they package the croutons/dressing separately so you can mix it yourself, it doesn't get soggy, but wasn't too crazy about the dressing. Tasted a bit bland to me, not creamy enough either. Oven was kinda cool, it's a big round oven, but the floor rotates, so the pizzas cook evenly, rather than the ones closest to the flames burning. Decor was a strange/interesting design. It's mostly a takeout place, but they have some tables if you want to sit & eat there.
I got pizza from here recently & think it's odd that the business is sitting at a sub-4 star rating. It didn't change my life, but the pizza was very good, & priced more or less in line with what one would expect these days. Personally I think google ratings tend to be inflated & people hand out 5-star ratings to places that probably should have 4 stars, but it comes off as a sort of'affront' to the business if you leave less than 5 stars. I & a number of people I know tend to avoid places with less than 4 stars if we're not already familiar with them. So, hopefully this 5 star review nudges the average up slightly. If I ever notice the place has attained an average solidly in the 4 handle, I'll probably delete the review since I'm not in the business of casually dropping 5 star reviews left & right.
