Nous avons essayé le Fugazzi pour la première fois hier soir dans le cadre de MTL à TABLE. La nourriture nous a plu & nous avons été très impressionnés par l'excellent service (mentions spéciales à notre serveuse très à l'écoute, à la chef plus que professionnelle qui se déplaçait entre les tables pour faire les pâtes à même la meule de fromage en nous expliquant le procédé ainsi qu'au barman énergique qui a pris le relais à quelques occasions avec beaucoup d'initiative). Malheureusement, le temps d'attente a grandement nuit à l'expérience. 1h30 après notre arrivée, nous n'avions reçu que nos breuvages & nos entrées & attendions toujours pour notre repas principal. Bien que des shots nous aient été offerts en compensation, nous avons trouvé le temps long & avons pris nos restants ainsi que le dessert pour emporter puisqu'il était déjà rendu 21h30 & que nous devions quitter (la réservation était pour 18h15). Pour ces raisons, nous ne pouvons donner plus que 3/5 pour l'expérience globale, même si j'espère revenir pour les pâtes si excellentes!

We were here at Fugazzi's on the evening of Nov 7. We came in late & didn't realize the restaurant was closing soon. Despite the fact that the restaurant was closing, our server was still lovely & did not rush us (did not even mention that the restaurant was closed). We had a lovely time, shared laughs, & will hold this place close to our hearts for a long time :)View more

Ambiance très agréable & la nourriture & les drinks était très bons! Nous avons commandé & avons attendu 2h+ avant de recevoir nos plas principaux & le service était lent ! Nous avons commandé les pâtes dans la roue de parmesan, le goût était incroyable mais les pâtes ont été servies froides ! Personne n'est venue nous voir pour voir si nous désirions un autre verre, nous avons dû leur demander & leur "courir" après

Comme toujours nous avons reçu une experience tellement agréable! Notre serveur étais parfait & la nourriture étais superbe! On fait sure de venire a chaque fois qu'on visite Montreal. On vous aime Fugazzi!

Food is still as great & delicious as day1. We still love coming here. Waiter was incredibly nice & helpful as we were trying to decide on what to eat! He was always smiling, attentive at details (whether we still had water or not etc..).
Overall great experience as always!

Omg! Went there for my birthday on October 28 & decided to eat on the terrasse as it's was the last nice day of Fall & the waiter was soooo nice & sweet! Really had great service skills! (Seriously we were both so pleased with him!) & the food was amazing! Will come back for sure !!View more

The pizza was delicious & service was good & fast, but the host's attitude was rushing us to leave. The moment we finished eating, he came over & gave us the dessert menu, when we said we didn't want dessert, he asked us if we wanted the bill right away. All within 15-20 minutes of serving the food. It didn't feel hospitable anymore. We go out for a fun experience, not to just eat the food & leave.

So yeah...dunno if it's worth the bill to just eat the food. We could get takeout for that.

I don't mean to be negative, the location is really nice, food & service were great. The rushing feeling to consume the food/drinks then leave right after is something I haven't experienced before in Montreal, & it's not pleasant on a Saturday night.

Bartender was more preoccupied with chatting with restaurant staff than being efficient with their job.

Made a reservation & no attempt was made at fulfilling it properly- I requested that no drinks be offered & they were. I also requested a quiet table as my friend & I were discussing sensitive information & instead of accomplishing this he sat us at the bar with direct view of the alcohol & beers.

Also music was very loud for a week evening dinner It was hard to communicate effectively with each other;;

A laid back environment with friendly people & delicious offerings. There is nothing else to ask for but more Fugazzi on the playlist. Bartending is fantastic, as is the pizza. Next time I'm in Montreal I will return. Merci!View more
